The Re-Store in Ballard was going out of business, so the employees got together to save it! Now it's Ballard Reuse and still going strong.
Mummy knows best! For the Streets of Treats in Mechanicsburg, they got local kids to decorate the recycle containers that were placed down the street...they sported a Halloween look. I LOVED THEM!! Great job, kids!
These items were all recycled. The shelf was also reused from the closet remodel. The shoe rack above was also something I had lying around so I attached it to the shelf with screws.
I re-used a pot and some of the dirt that was in it when I transplanted
my aloe. apparently some of the oxalis bulbs/rhizomes (whatever they are
at this point) were still in the dirt and now I have an oxalis AND an
aloe in the same pot. heh.

While I still wrapped gifts I had 4 that were in gift bags. The recipients can reuse them next year. Each bag is reversible for double use!
This swap was for reusable grocery bags! I sent amulheisen a TEXAS bag with bluebonnets and a monkey bag I picked up at Toys R' Us. I included some skull paper, she likes skulls!
