Female tourist taking photos of the traiditonal Ottoman houses and yaghts at marina area in downtown Çeşme, a coastal town on Çeşme Peninsula by Aegean Sea, in Izmirn province, Aegean region of Turkey.
Unlike many resort towns in this region, Çeşme has retained a local population and flavour. Only 8km from the Greek island of Chios (Sakız), the town has a long seafront perfect for promenading, a magnificent castle built by the Genoese and a bustling merkez (commercial centre) with plenty of shops and cheap eateries. Popular with weekending İzmiris and with those who balk at the high prices and style overload at nearby Alaçatı, it's an excellent base for exploring the region.

Pedro Leal’s (DSType) elegant, fancyful script face »Penna«.
Penna is a calligraphic type system designed by Pedro Leal. Amidst the four available styles you get four different ascender and descender styles, two different styles of starting and ending swashes, pleura of ligatures and several other features. Chose between regular, swashes, unconnected and connected versions or mix them all up for a deeper calligraphic feeling.

Since the advent of mirrorless micro four-thirds system such as the Olympus PEN and Panasonic G series cameras, all the legacy lenses and old glasses especially those from Leica and Zeiss have revived into life.
The Fuji X series cameras (including X Pro 1 and upcoming XE-1) added fuel to this trend. With the use of adapters, people can use a lot of old optics on these mirrorless digital bodies.
A few of my photo club friends are big fans of Leica and they have great collection of old glasses. In the leisure time, they always go to flea market or camera swap meet to have treasure hunt.
In the last weekend, I followed them to a flea market. I have no knowledge about all these old optics and was just an audience on the side.
My friend got a Leica 50mm Elmar F2.8 on that day for $200. He said it was a good deal. Another friend bought a Olympus OM-2 with 35-105mm lens. He wants to use the 35-105mm lens on the new digital body.
This is the vintage Rollei TLR camera seen in the same booth that they bought the used vintage camera gear.
