Da konnte ich nicht widerstehen.
1987 brachte Timex diese LCD-Uhr heraus, ähnliche Modelle kamen zuvor auch von Seiko (z. Bsp.1983 die Bond-Uhr in "Octopussy") und baugleich unter anderen Labels (wie hier bei dem Screenshot eines alten Versandhauskataloges). Der Preis der Neuauflage ist 4x so hoch in Euro wie damals in DM. Nun hat der Hersteller sein damaliges Modell neu aufgelegt. Es leben die Achtziger!

Hosted by Backfire Promotions, the event brings together a vibrant mix of vintage and retro vehicles in a dynamic beach drag race setting.
You'll see an incredible variety of machines, from pre-1950s hot rods, bobbers and custom motorcycles to military vehicles and American classics. The cars and bikes aren’t just for show, they race head-to-head in thrilling sprints across the beach, kicking up sand and nostalgia in equal measure. There’s no official timing, it’s all about style, sound and spectacle.
