We got it home and tried to get it in there, but the #%@&! cam was in the way! It had to come out anyway to replace the seal, so cam pulley was removed. I found myself in a bind trying to get the two big screws in the back of the head loosened! I needed a #3 phillips on a short ratchet attachment. I tried a #2 offset screwdriver, but they were too tight and I felt it starting to damage the screw – I stopped.
Chris was kind enough to take me to Otterzone again and then to Lowes in the search of a tool – nothing - #@$%!!
On the quest, I realized a #3 small bit in a ¼” box wrench would work. We get back to my house empty handed and I searched for the above two tools I knew I had. That too another half #@$%&! hour!
Finally find them and got the two screws out along with the retainer plate.
Gently ease the cam out and it will not pass the radiator top rail! More #@^*&!!

The string retainers were originally the stamped metal ones. I put these on but I can't remember where I got them from.
The only other non-original features on the guitar are the Straplock buttons and the nut, which was brass but later replaced with a "tusq" one I cut myself.
Evereything else is as it was when I got it and everything then seemed pretty stock.
