Fixing a lg washing machine with LE error code. Three of those four 681 (680ohm) smd resistors where burn. After measuring the dimensions, I think those smd resistors are 1/8w.
I desolder them and order a 1/4w resistor kit on ebay. I twisted the legs of two 680ohm resistors together and solder them on the smd pads on the board.
I could just have used one 330 ohm resistors because the smd components where in parallel. But the resistors I have are 1/4 so two 680ohm will dissipate better the power (1/2w)
I think with the original setup it was 1/4w so it's an upgrade.
And not Pb free anymore.

The -70V supply was low, at -60V.
UPDATE: the 8.2kΩ resistor at upper right had gone up in value to over 1MΩ. Replacing that fixed it.

We're figuring out how to control an LCD screen with a microcontroller. We were using an Arduino, but the problem is an Arduino sends out 5V and we needed 2.5V. We didn't have any zener diodes, so we built a bunch of voltage dividers. The dividers didn't work well enough in the end because for some reason the logic channels were actually pulling current, but it was fun to take pictures of.

I have restored a channel and am going to test it.
The amplifier has a separate section where the output capacitors and Zobel cells are inserted, as well as a series of resistors and capacitors that make a partition of the supply voltage for the preamplifiers and the pilot circuits of the power amplifier.
