Amazing grace! How sweet the sound

That saved a wretch like me!

I once was lost, but now am found;

Was blind, but now I see.

’Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,

And grace my fears relieved;

How precious did that grace appear

The hour I first believed.

Through many dangers, toils, and snares,

I have already come;

’Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far,

And grace will lead me home.

The Lord has promised good to me,

His Word my hope secures;

He will my Shield and Portion be,

As long as life endures.

Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail,

And mortal life shall cease,

I shall possess, within the veil,

A life of joy and peace.

The earth shall soon dissolve like snow,

The sun forbear to shine;

But God, who called me here below,

Will be forever mine.

When we’ve been there ten thousand years,

Bright shining as the sun,

We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise

Than when we’d first begun.

“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in me & I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. If a man does not abide in me, he is cast forth as a branch & withers & the branches are gathered, thrown into the fire and burned.” John 15:5-6

MEDITATION

“…How can we cooperate with the Lord’s pruning? Sometimes it’s helpful to reflect on whether we have become too set in our habits or ways of thinking. Maybe we tend to respond to challenges too defensively. Maybe we need to reexamine our priorities. Or perhaps we have other blind spots. If you see anything like this, simply ask the Spirit, “Is this an opportunity for me to be pruned?”

“If the answer is yes, we can turn to the Lord in repentance. Then we can give him permission to gently cut away the tangled vines in our lives that are blocking the flow of his life.

“There’s no doubt that the experience of pruning can be painful. Yet we can trust that our faithful and loving Lord knows exactly what he’s doing. He will stay close to us as he prunes us and helps us to bear fruit in every area of our lives.”

PRAYER

“Lord Jesus, I trust that you will cleanse and prune me so that I can bear fruit for you!”

“The Kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out at dawn to hire laborers for his vineyard…” Matthew 20:1

MEDITATION

“God is generous and gives us work for His kingdom…

God is generous in opening the doors of His kingdom to all who will enter, both those who have labored a life-time for Him and those who come at the last hour. While the reward is the same, the motive for one's labor can make all the difference. Some work only for reward. They will only put in as much effort as they think they will get back. Others labor out of Love and Joy for the opportunity to work and to Serve others. The Lord Jesus calls each one of us to Serve God and His kingdom with Joy and Zeal and to Serve our neighbor with a generous spirit as well.

“Empowered to serve with a joyful and generous spirit…

The Lord Jesus wants to fill each one of us with the power and strength of the Holy Spirit so we can bear great fruit for God's kingdom (the fruit of Peace, Joy, Righteousness, and Love) and also bring the fruit of His kingdom to our neighbor as well. We labor for the Lord to bring Him Praise, Honor, and Glory. And we labor for our neighbor for their welfare with the same spirit of Loving-Kindness and Compassion which the Lord has shown to us.

“Paul the Apostle reminds us, ‘Whatever your task, work heartily, as serving the Lord and not others, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward - you are serving the Lord Christ’ (Colossians 3:23-24). Do you perform your daily tasks and responsibilities with cheerfulness and diligence for the Lord's sake? And do you give generously to others, especially to those in need of your care and support?”

PRAYER

"Lord Jesus, fill me with Your Holy Spirit that I may Serve You Joyfully and Serve my neighbor willingly with a generous heart, not looking for how much I can get, but rather looking for how much I can give."

Listen, my beloved brethren: Has God not chosen the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him?

Jordan year 1997. Born in Bapouantou-Cameroon July,24/1967, Djapi was but thirty years old (30), when arrived in Jordan (97). Visiting the well known Cesar Place in Jordan, where the history of the Bible [Pilate-Cesar,etc...]. Religious Environment and Place,"GREATLY and HIGHLY INSPIRED, CONTEMPLATING-MEDITATING-LOOKING-SEEING-WATCHING THE SPIRITUAL TOURISTIC PLACE, Djapi THOUGHT OF CONQUERING THE WHOLLE OF THE WORLD, BUT IN PRAYER". THE QUESTION WAS BUT WHY?,WHEN?,WHERE?and HOW?. ONLY ALLAH/GOD KNEW. AT 30 years old, Djapi SITILL NEVER ACHIEVED NOTHING, HENCE ALL OF Djapi'S CONSTANT and PERMANENT EFFORTS and TRIALS WENT IN VAIN, THEREFORE, THE DAY IT WILL BE, MAY ALLAH/GOD MAKE IT ABOVE-BEYONG-OVER ANY and EACH and EVERYTHING THAT EXISTS. Djapi HAD BUT RECEIVED SPIRITUAL LIFE{(Q:7:203),(Q:32:9)}+SPIRITUAL LIGHT {(Q:24:35),(Q:6:122)}, BROUGHT UNTO Djapi BY THE "BLESSED DREAM OF ARCH-ANGEL GABRIEL POSTURE STAGE (Q:7:206)", WHEN Djapi WAS BUT (29 years old). Djapi ON THE VERY DIFFICULT LONG JOURNEY DESTINY ROAD ENTIRELY-COMPLETELY-TOTALLY IGNORED ABOUT SPIRITUALLITIES, BUT AT SAME TIMES, AIMING and ACHIEVING SPIRITUAL DEEDS ALONG THE WAY. IT IS SOMETHING ENIGMATIC-METAPHYSICAL-MARVELLOUS-MIRACULOUS-MYSTERIOUS-WONDERFUL THE "WORKING OF ALLAH/GOD'S GRACE and MERCY". (Q:9:52) Say: "Can you expect for us

(Any fate) other than one

Of two glorious things-

(Martyrdom or Victory)?

But we can expect for you

Either that Allah will send

His punishment from HIM

Or by our hands. So wait

(Expectant); we too

Will wait with you."*

Will wait with you: THE WAITING of the Unbelievers AND THAT OF THE BELIEVERS ARE IN DIFFERENT SENSES. The Unbelievers wish for Disaster TO THE BELIEVERS, BUT THE BELIEVERS "WILL EITHERCONQUER or DIE AS MARTYR IN THE CAUSE, IN EITHER CASE HAPPY IN THE ISSUE". THE BELIEVERS EXPECT punishment for the Unbelievers for their infidelity, either through their own instrumentality, or IN SOME OTHER WAY IN ALLAH'S PLAN, and the Unbelievers would not like it in either case (Q:6:158).

My BLIND O.C. formerly villianess Bianca V in Samurai Warriors 4. Bianca's blindness origins was inspired from the '89 movie BLIND FURY. The difference between Nick Parker and Bianca is Bianca ALLOWS herself to be blind as repentance for her past deeds. She is one of many of my disabled charas.

This was the first church baptism post COVID. so much going on in this picture. I love to see the lifeguards on the slide watching.

I'm hardly a religious person, so climbing Mount Sinai had no special meaning to me like it does to many other Christians. But the sheer hard work of getting up there in subzero temperature (actually, more work required when coming down the 3,750 Steps of Repentance <- I kid you not)....

And seeing this magnificent sunrise while perched on a cliff's edge, huddled in our sleeping bags to keep warm was one helluva experience.

Thanks for the light, Egypt - I'm having massively nostalgic feelings of the days of being on the road but strangely enough, I don't crave to be away at this moment. The time in this amazing country would be something I hold very very dear to my heart for this lifetime.

Michelangelo's Moses, Rome. Recent studies demonstrate that Michelangelo had a "pentimento" (repentance) amidst the ongoing work. Despite the fact that the marble was yet carved and could not be replaced, he managed to turn the head of the statue to a new and desired position.

One of the most striking churches in Jerusalem commemorates the apostle Peter’s triple denial of his Master, his immediate repentance and his reconciliation with Christ after the Resurrection.

Built on an almost sheer hillside, the Church of St Peter in Gallicantu stands on the eastern slope of Mount Zion.

On its roof rises a golden rooster atop a black cross — recalling Christ’s prophesy that Peter would deny him three times “before the cock crows”. Galli-cantu means cockcrow in Latin.

Peter’s denial of Christ is recorded in all four Gospels (most succinctly in Matthew 26:69-75). Three of the Gospels also record his bitter tears of remorse.

The scene of Peter’s disgrace was the courtyard of the high priest Caiaphas. The Assumptionist congregation, which built St Peter in Gallicantu over the ruins of a Byzantine basilica, believes it stands on the site of the high priest’s house.

Under the church is a dungeon thought to be the cell where Jesus was detained for the night following his arrest.

Uriel (God is my light)

He is one of the 7 archangels. He is the angel of the world, is often identified as a cherub and angel of repentance. He stands at the Gate of Eden with a fiery sword to prevent human access to the tree of life. He is also identified as one of the angels who helped bury Adam and Abel in Paradise.

Is he who intercedes for humans before God for their salvation.

Stemming from medieval Jewish mystical traditions, Uriel has also become the Angel of Sunday, the Angel of Poetry, and one of the Holy Sephiroth.

He checked the doors of Egypt for lamb's blood during the plague. He also holds the key to the Pit during the End Times and led Abraham to the West.

In the Apocalypse of Peter he appears as the Angel of Repentance, who is graphically represented as being as pitiless as any demon.

He is one of the Angels of the Four Winds: Uriel (south), Michael (east), Raphael (west) (serving also a governor of the south, with Uriel), and Gabriel (north). He is also listed as an Angel of the four winds in the medieval Jewish Book of the Angel Raziel.

Rosh Hashanah (Hebrew: ראש השנה‎, literally "head of the year," Israeli: Hebrew pronunciation: [ˈʁoʃ haʃaˈna], Ashkenazic: ˈɾoʃ haʃːɔˈnɔh, Yiddish: [ˈrɔʃəˈʃɔnə]) is a Jewish holiday commonly referred to as the "Jewish New Year." It is observed on the first day of Tishrei, the seventh month of the Hebrew calendar.[1] It is ordained in the Torah as "Zicaron Terua" ("a memorial with the blowing of horns"), in Leviticus 23:24. Rosh Hashanah is the first of the High Holidays or Yamim Noraim ("Days of Awe"), or Asseret Yemei Teshuva (Ten Days of Repentance) which are days specifically set aside to focus on repentance that conclude with the holiday of Yom Kippur.
