a sketchup model for a weekend house, rendered in kerkythea. not the final version, as i'm doing some light studies and some major modifications on the model (such as new windows and a bigger garden, perhaps). but for my first "successful" renderization, i'm quite satisfied with the result. =)

Another Structure Synth creation, rendered in Sunflow. I used Helios to distribute the render. It uses diffuse shaders and two mesh lights.

Seen in a shop window on Bathurst Street near Bloor.
I don't think this was a deliberate tribute to the Planet of the Apes films but you never know. Does anyone remember what Caesar's original name was (No googling!)
Clarification; I am talking about the character named Caesar from the Planet of the Apes movies-he was the one who led the rebellion and ended up as ruler of Ape City.
The architecture of San Francisco is quite varied, from the modern skyscrapers to the vintage wooden Victorians of the 1800s. I have always been impressed with the detail and style of the Victorian houses. Their preservation is a point of pride for many San Franciscans.
This image was shot from a Yashica FR1 SLR 35mm film camera, scanned by an HP Scanjet G4050 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.
