Little by little.... I took the cab apart properly. By 'eck they built them well back then, but I wouldn't like to put one back together again (especially this one!).
Seats are now stacked downstairs ready for removal altogether.

BLM's Fallon holding facility for OUR wild horses they have removed from OUR public lands. The Calico herds are here. 1.922 were rounded up in the dead of winter. Many died from the terror and stress of these roundups by helicopter, sometimes two of them at once! To date there have been 35 foals that mares aborted due to the stress of fear and running for miles over volcanic rocks, snow and ice for many miles!!
Horses were in full sweat on arrival and stunned with confusion and fear. Even foals were run hard and relentlessly sometimes only feet below the copters! Two foals had there hooves run off and are now dead. Approximately 70 horses died during and after the roundups. They are still dying in captivity. Its a disgrace to this nation the inhumanity of the entire mismanagement of BLM of our wild horses and burros!
These are all the young ones, and stallions are seen separated from them in the back. Mares are further beyond in their own area.

The windshield had a chip right in front of the driver so will need to be replaced with a new one. It was pulled out now so any rust around it could be repaired before painting.

Removing first mouse about 5 1/2 hours after it was delivered, by the male(?). Up to this date, had never seen them eat in the box, except in early February when it was very cold and after they sat on the carcas to thaw it.

We removed the clear coat that was on the logs due to mold and fungal issues behind the finish. We used Star Ten Phase One stripper to remove the finish. We then sanded the home with osbourne buffing brushes to remove any furring of the wood and any residual stain left over after stripping. We applies a borate preservative to all wood prior to staining and after washing the home. We used Perma Chink Lifeline Ultra II - Natural log home stain with a topcoat of Lifeline Advance - Gloss top coat.
38'' Disney Cinderella Doll. First look, deboxing.
The doll has been removed from the box, and placed standing next to the empty box. Her head was turned to her right, so her head could fit in the box. She still has protective clear plastic film wrapped around her forearms, and is standing barefoot in a cardboard spacer. I was glad that the doll and the outfit she was wearing was not bound to the packaging with any fasteners, thread or tape. There were some stray hairs in her curly hairdo that were easily fixed with my fingers.
Disney Princess Cinderella Fairytale Friend 38'' Doll
Produced by CDI (a division of Jakks Pacific) for Disney.
Purchased new in box on December 26, 2012.
Received on December 28, 2012.
This is 38'' poseable Cinderella doll that was released in late 2012 in conjunction with the Diamond Edition release in October 3, 2012 of the original 1950 animated Cinderella movie on Blu-ray and DVD. The doll comes wearing a glittering blue and white ball gown. Also included are blue flexible plastic slippers, and a silver and blue plastic tiara with a portrait of the new look Cinderella. She shares the same body design as the Tangled Rapunzel Fairytale Friend 38'' Doll released in late 2010, also produced by CDI for Disney. These dolls are similar in size and design to the Mattel My Size line of dolls that were released in the 1990's, but these dolls were not produced by Mattel.
Her face is very pretty, but different in look from the 12'' and 17'' Disney Store Cinderellas released in 2012. Nor is she very movie accurate. She has large blue eyes staring straight ahead, light brown eyebrows, five brown eyelashes over each eye. She has a small nose, and a wide open mouthed smile, with deep pink lips.
She has light blonde hair in her trademark bun with a protective hairnet, but it is smaller than in the movie (or the smaller dolls). The majority of her tresses are in loose medium length curls. She has no bangs. Insead her hair is wrapped around her head over her forehead, below her bun, ending in a short ponytail behind her head, hidden beneath her curly tresses.
Her blue, silver and white dress is based on the new design that was introduced with the new 12'' and 17'' Disney Store Cinderellas in 2012. It is made of satin and organza, and has glitter in the decorations in the skirt. The bodice is deep blue satin, with a light blue satin panel with a printed silver dotted pattern, and silver sequined border. There is a silver bow at the top of the bodice, made of foil-like material. She has puffy shear white organza sleeves and peplum. Her skirt is light blue satin, with deep blue panels on the left and right sides in front. There is a pattern of silver glitter dots in the center light blue panel, and wavy vertical lines of made of smaller multicolored glittery dots on the side deep blue panels.
Her accessories are different than the movie character's, as well as the recent Disney Store Cinderella dolls. Her choker is a wide blue satin ribbon with a large diamond in front, rather than the simple black ribbon choker in the movie or in the smaller dolls. She has a silver colored plastic tiara in her hair, topped by a blue heart shaped crystal, rather than a blue or silver head band. Finally, she has translucent light blue rubbery plastic shoes, rather than the clear ''glass'' slippers in the movie, or on the latest Disney Store Cinderella dolls. The shoes are topped with a large heart, embossed with the letter ''P'' (I presume standing for Princess).
Photographed boxed, during the deboxing, and fully deboxed, both alone and with comparable dolls.
There it is, the pivot bolt for the rear fork ( or swinging arm is you prefer) on my XS650. I've been around a month getting that out, granted that mostly means a few hours a day at the weekends, heat, brute force, ( I'm not so good at that not so much strength) all the ideas I could come up with and finally Mayday Bank Holiday I moved it, a little, then a little more then finally all the way out.
The bolt is destroyed though, I had to cut the threaded end off because I'd mushroomed the thing, but e bay soon turned up a replacement. Now to decide what to do with the rear fork, the plastic bushes seem fine but I am considering putting in some needle rollers. A conversion set being not much more than the new end caps which I cremated and the shims which were missing. Other stuff to do first though, now I can get at the bit frame properly.
Deboxing my 2013 Rapunzel Singing Doll. She is first removed from the box by detaching the front plastic cover from the cardboard backing. She and her accessories are still attached to the backing by wires, thread, rubber bands, and plastic ties. The quality of the photos are not the best, due to the fading sunlight, and the use of flash in some of the later photos in this series. Her long straight shiny hair is tough to photograph well with flash.
