I managed to get very wet taking this shot! Maybe there wasn't a need to drop the tomato from the height I did on so many occasions! But it was certainly lots of fun!!

As we exit the café seating area, here’s a shot from the Starbucks counter across to the produce department. As Kroger stores have grown, produce has transitioned from a spot against the perimeter walls in the front corner of the store to a spot untethered to any walls diagonal from that… and especially in these larger and larger new-build stores, even that diagonal line doesn’t feel quite as direct as it used to, with produce almost floating out all by itself these days. The only consistency is that it’s straight inside from wherever the entrance is located – notice here how it’s bound by its own self-formed U-shape.
