As a small herd of cows and calves made their way across the Oconaluftee River, most of them took the chance to enjoy a refreshing drink. The water here is still chilly, thanks to its source high up in the Smoky Mountains. After sipping the cool water or wading through a deep pool that nearly covers them, you can often see a change in their mood, they come out of the river looking and acting refreshed and reenergized.

Due to a shoulder injury photography has slowed down again, I feel like the Dot Cotton of the picture world lol.
Anyway dying to take pictures so done some indoor stuff with some lager and lighting.
I placed the glass on my black acrylic sheet with a roll of black poster paper behind.
For the lighting I used my elemental zeppelin studio head on the floor pointing at the background at 1/32 power.
I used 2x flashguns set at 1/8 power either side of the glass and all were fired via a Yongnuo RF602 trigger and receivers.
I loved the blue of this pot. Such a beautiful fountain located in the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN.
My absence from Flickr is due to the travelling that I am doing. Travelling through the Top End of Australia, with its dust and heat, can get mighty thirsty at times.

Metra F40PH-3 rebuild 217 was pushing inbound scoot 2244 out of Bensenville as an outbound was also in town. The nice repaints are starting to fill the void that the departure of the F40C left around here.
