10. Refreshing
I'm always refreshed after a walk on the beach ... but these ladies thought a refreshing dip was what they needed.
At this time of the year the air and water temperature are pretty close, so it may not seem as cold dipping your toes in as on a hot day - they didn't seem to be suffering when I walked by.
I didn't try it.

A few days ago I found this picture I took last spring.
Now that summer is slowly comming to an end, these intense spring colors are kind of refreshing ...
Isn´t it great when it starts raining while a hot Summerday? - The Temperature, the Air, the Animals and Plants, the Atmosphere... I love Rain, `specially Summerain, it feels like Life, Earth and all Beeings take a Shower, Everything is refreshed and strong again...
Yesterday the Weather suddelny changed while I was outside biking, it was just amazing to feel the Element so klose around, inside a sponatnous Rainstrom you kan easy forget about all the "little Things" you bother in everyday Life...
