I was sitting on the sofa looking out through the sliding doors which opened out onto the garden with small trees around the edge. One of the sliding doors picked up the reflection from inside the living room of a red placemat draped on a ledge (usually coveted by one of the cats)
Sometimes I see a composition and I love it, even though I probably shouldn't. This area was tucked away in Shorne woods country park. This area is not always flooded due to the Tee pee in the background. It was the reflection in the water that caught my attention. They are chaotic; yet wonderful at the same time.
Light painting at Queen's Valley reservoir, Jersey - the first group outing of the year, present myself, Dave, Paul, Colin, Jessica and Alan. a good 2h30 well spent, even if the evening was cold.... IMG_8709a
I really like the reflection of this shed into the canal... If I owned this I would sit down by the waterfront all the time, just watching the Kingfishers dart around.
A photograph of a portion of the Fountain Place building (downtown Dallas) at the ground level where there are various reflective surfaces to choose from. Textures by lenabem anna and skeletal mess. Thanks!

DB Cargo (DB Schenker/EWS) Class 66 No. 66149 passes over Lincoln's Brayford Road level crossing on 14th June 2008 while working what looks like a westbound Merry-go-Round train. This level crossing, along with that at High Street, are the cause of much traffic disruption. This location has now significantly changed with the provision of a substantial footbridge. In the foreground, providing the shimmering reflection, is the River Witham. Copyright Photograph John Whitehouse - all rights reserved
