Vivitar ultra wide and slim, Kodak Ektachrome E100VS, cross processed

Something a bit different from me today. I don't normally do long exposures, but treated myself to a 16 stop firecrest filter recently and this weekend was the first chance I had to use it.

This is the local county hall where I live, quite striking with its metallic reflective windows. Only had about 1/2hr to take photos before it poured down!

Playing with some from the archives...

Creative Chicago at its best. This photo I shot recently my visit back home!!

I was sitting on the sofa looking out through the sliding doors which opened out onto the garden with small trees around the edge. One of the sliding doors picked up the reflection from inside the living room of a red placemat draped on a ledge (usually coveted by one of the cats)

Sometimes I see a composition and I love it, even though I probably shouldn't. This area was tucked away in Shorne woods country park. This area is not always flooded due to the Tee pee in the background. It was the reflection in the water that caught my attention. They are chaotic; yet wonderful at the same time.

One of the Chevron Towers in downtown Houston. The tower reflected on the right is the other Chevron Tower.

I really like the reflection of this shed into the canal... If I owned this I would sit down by the waterfront all the time, just watching the Kingfishers dart around.
