This pair of shoes has a value of $400-$500. The owner was scared to death when I put them near water. I had no clue of the value.

Panoramic view of Beltra lake with the Nephin Beag range, Co. Mayo. Taken in December 2010. At the time I didn't even know what a panoramic image entailed or how to do one! This is a merge of 4 images taken out of sequence, works for me!
The Fatih Mosque (Turkish: Fatih Camii, "Conqueror's Mosque" in English) is an Ottoman mosque in the Fatih district of Istanbul, Turkey. The original mosque on the site was constructed between 1463 and 1470 on the site of the Church of the Holy Apostles. It was seriously damaged in the 1766 earthquake and was rebuilt in 1771 to a different design. It is one of the largest examples of Turkish-Islamic architecture in Istanbul and represents an important stage in the development of classic Turkish architecture. It is named after Ottoman sultan Mehmed the Conqueror, known in Turkish as Fatih Sultan Mehmed, the Ottoman sultan who conquered Constantinople in 1453.

For this shoot Sufjan and I went underneath a bridge and the cement had great lines... as they reflected in his glasses I set up the shot.. I am happy with the end result.
And if you ever do a survey, you'll find that people prefer illusion to reality, ten to one. Twenty, even.

Reflections at Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland at night. Weather conditions were near ideal for reflections. It was a calm night and a clear moonlit sky. Long exposure taken with my Camera mounted on my Manfrotto 190 tripod.

I was busy taking a photo of the reflection of the bridge in the water for this challenge when a group of young boys trundled across it on their motorised scooters. I was too late to take a photo, however, a couple of girls were coming up the rear so I did not miss the chance afterall. Fun and Reflection = two challenges in one.
