As I walked past the pool, the reflection of the tree grabbed my attention so I rushed off to get my tripod for this 5 second exposure.
Definitely looks best in Light box.

Finally got out with the camera again...had trouble getting the cobwebs off :)
With the monsoon hanging around it provided a good opportunity to catch some of them in flow and this pool showed some nice reflections.

The remodel at Mon Ami not only encompassed the paint, lighting and furniture but also included the use of glass coffee mugs. There was much pleasure to be had in capturing them.

EXPLORE - Feb 16, 2009 Spent a wonderful long weekend in Yosemite; one of the most incredible places on earth! Can't wait to share some of my images...here's a taste! Much of our stay was rather dismal weather...made bearable because the surroundings were so spectacular...this image was shot from Swinging Bridge and captures the day beautifully! View On Black
5 image HDR tonemapped in Photomatix and finished up in Photoshop.
Will visit your 'streams tomorow, my friends...like what I'm seeing!
Low tide provides lots of details of the beach and can create some interesting shapes and here, I quite liked the reflected clouds during the fading light.
