I took this grouping of reference photos so I could get the rocks on my model railroad to have a realistic look. These were taken along the Snake River near Windust, WA, a place I enjoy visiting and camping at so much that I had to include it in the limited space on my layout.
So this is what I used as a reference, if anything the grip is almost too short :/ But you guys are right, everything else I looked up on the internet shows the grip much shorter. Is it just weird because its an airgun?

Photo reference - looking toward the western ridge, Superstition Mountains from Mesquite Creek.
In Arizona, natch.
Was contemplating mohair but decided to leaver her as she is. This is how a coolcat scalp fits without the hard cap. haven't really tried to push it on any better - don't know if it will get much better than this unless I glue it. If I removed more goop I might have got a tighter fit.

Someone asked me about the places where I take flower shots.
Most of them, however, were taken on my daily walks(actually I sometimes ride my bike). So there is no special hidden paradice where beautiful flowers are aplenty(^_^;).
I found 3 places where to take wisteria blossoms this year, though.
1. In front of my neighbor's gate. It's not a big tree but I can come very close.
2. In a small farm near my place.
This was shot there.

3. On my way to Shikinomori-park near Nakayama-station. This tree is the biggest of the three. I guess it's spreading more than 5 meters wide along the wall.
