I have just reread my Marvel Zombies Comics, so I decided to make a short scene from it. All these characters are placed close or exactly where they were in this scene. Some characters were also replaced such as the Eternals. Here is some background information:
After a zombified humanoid crashed through the sky, he infected the Avengers. SHIELD decided to take part in stopping the threat by setting up the Resistance. The resistance was split up into two groups. The scientists and smart guys were set to make a cure. The rest had the task to save survivors. Obviously they failed and the world fell apart due to Avengers failing to stop the Marauder.
Also, I am not going to state any of the characters here as I may have not shown those figs before. This MOC here has been built for a while, and has taken all of my gray pieces. I am not sure if you can find the picture that I took inspiration from on Google, but you can find the online book, so check that out! Also if you have any questions about the storyline or the Survivors RPG, feel free to comment!
Also, if you can name everyone, you are a true legend. (You can add a note or put it as a comment.)
I have referenced this picture before. It just plain makes me happy. The colors are bright bold and alive. The emotions run the gamut from excited, gleeful, joyful, lively playful, and rejuvenated.
The picture was taken with five exposures and the slight movements highlight the vibrant color to add to the joy. The color orange so prevalent in the picture represents optimism, it is uplifting, It is rejuvenating. Knowing about the psychology of color helps me realize why this picture makes me so happy.
This picture is about the season fall which is my favorite time of year. It celebrates all the wonderful things in the fall including the smell of pumpkin pie, the renewal of a new school year and the coming together of families. It is a joy.

The Village of Anmore is a small community surrounded by nature in the Metro Vancouver region of B.C. With an estimated population of 2,300 in 2020. The origins of modern community life in what is today the Village of Anmore can be traced back to 1915 with the launch of the Farmer’s Institute and companion Ladies’ Guild, the area’s first community organizations. As an aside of miscellany, the first settlers who came to the Anmore Valley referred to it as "stump land" or the "stump ranches" in reference to its logged condition. The name that lasted though was Sunnyside until it was changed to Anmore when the area got its post office. Anmore is an adaptation of the name given to the creek that flows in the northern area of the Village. Franklin John Lancaster, a part-time homesteader wished to secure water rights to the creek which ran through his property in an effort to prevent the Port Moody Sand and Gravel Company from redirecting the waters’ flow for industrial purposes. To stake his claim he had to create a name for the creek. The contraction of his wife’s and daughter’s first names, Annie and Leonore produced the name of Annore, which was given to the creek in 1917. By 1947, the Vancouver City Archivist noted that people had gotten into the habit of saying Anmore. Firms printed calendars with the name on it and the store was named Anmore grocery. Thus in time its widespread acceptance led to the post office adopting it and the region was officially recognized as such by the Geographical Board in Victoria. The first store in Anmore was started in the 1930’s by Mrs. Montgomery on Sunnyside Road. Another was started by Johnny Bedard that became the first post office in Anmore.
The title of the work refers to Christ's parable to the Pharisees: "Leave them alone. They are blind people who guide the blind. But if a blind man guides a blind man, they will both fall into the pit. (Mt 15,14, Lk 6,39).
In accordance with medieval tradition, Bruegel chose to portray the blind as vagrants dressed in rags and no doubt begging for begging. The scene, subtle mixture of ridicule and fright, makes the inevitability of the fall by a gradation of representation. While the first blind man of this strange procession has already fallen, the second stumbles, the third stumbles, the fourth seems to sense the danger, and the last two still do not suspect anything. The gradation of the physical postures is accompanied by a gradation of the feelings, visible in the face of the faces with the cellar eyes. In this late work, the emotion that emerges is less due to an accumulation of horrible details, as in The Triumph of Death, than to the inevitable feeling of inevitability that human misery engenders.
This painting was part of the works kept in Italy (in Naples) and despoiled by the German army during the Second World War, under cover of their protection by the established principle of Kunstschutz. It was restored thanks to the actions carried out during and after the war by Rodolfo Siviero.
The Louvre Museum features a copy by Pieter Bruegel the Younger. The small church of Sint-Anna-Pede, whose mention is already made in 1259, is in the background of the work..

Willrow Hood is a background character in The Empire Strikes Back who is seen very briefly running through the halls of Cloud City after Lando orders the evacuation. Over the years he developed a bit of a cult following, with fans nicknaming him “Ice Cream Maker Guy” due to the late-70s frozen dessert maker he carries with him as he makes his escape.
As his popularity grew, the character was officially named and given a back story. A fan website sprung up, too, its sole purpose to petition Hasbro to create a figure of the infamous Ice Cream Maker Guy.
It worked. Willrow Hood has been in immortalized in plastic and is now hitting store shelves. Oddly, I’ve chosen to commemorate this by casting him in… Lego. :D

Excerpt from the Toronto Star Aug. 4, 2007....not sure if it was corrected, there is some graffiti on the inside I see.
'I think it's a disgrace that Toronto leaves such a beautiful and unique piece of outdoor art to rot and decay. As the author of a number of books celebrating the many wonderful things that make this country unique, it both saddens and disturbs me to think that this is how the city treats the outdoor art pieces it commissions and the amazing disrespect with which it holds the artists who create them.
The piece referenced in the article is called Sundial Folly and was unveiled in 1995. It was the first project by two talented and enterprising architecture grads fresh out of the University of Waterloo: my partner, Paul de Figueiredo, and Jonathan Fung. Their winning design beat out 144 other proposals, some of them from very well-known and established artists.
Not only is Sundial Folly a place for wedding photos and a rare quiet spot in the city, it's also a unique meeting place and point of reference. It has become a unique landmark in the vast sea of blah condo development that has stolen the waterfront from its residents.
I urge Mayor David Miller, city council and city staff, as well as all residents, to do something about this wanton neglect.
Dan de Figueiredo, Toronto'
Wooden stairs that lead from the main walkway through Aberdeen Harbour and Footdee down to the beautiful sands of Fittie Beach, I use them every time I visit to access and leave the beach , today the light caressed them and gave me the opportunity to capture them with my Nikon.
Footdee is an area of Aberdeen, Scotland known locally as "Fittie". It is an old fishing village at the east end of the harbour. The name is actually folk etymology. Far from being "Foot of the Dee/Fit o the Dee", it is actually a corruption of a former dedication to a "St Fothan".
The area has had a settlement as far back as the Medieval times and the first recorded reference to the area of Fittie was in the year 1398. This village was slightly further North than where Footdee is now located. It would have been near to where the St Clement's Church is located.
Footdee is a particularly interesting example of a planned housing development purpose-built to re-house Aberdeen's local fishing community. Laid out in 1809 by John Smith, then Superintendent Of The Town's Public Works. Smith went on to establish himself as one of Aberdeen's key architects. Occupying an isolated spit of land to the SE of Aberdeen's city centre, its regimented squares have been described as a cross between the neo-classical aspirations of Aberdeen and the close-knit fishing communities of the north-east.
The two squares of 'Fish Town' (known as Footdee), originally contained 28 single-storey thatched houses although this increased when the later Middle Row (circa 1837) and Pilot Square (circa 1855) were added. The entrances on each of the North and South squares were filled in the 1870s by William Smith (son of John and architect of Balmoral Castle). He also added additional storeys to the East and West sides of South Square creating a tenement feel. This was an attempt to ease crowding resulting from an influx of fishing families from other less prosperous areas and to help try to enforce the 'one-house-one-family' rule.
The Town Council decided to start selling the dwellings to occupiers in 1880, beginning a period of incremental development and reconstruction. Additional storeys and dormers were added piecemeal by the new owners as funds allowed. The result is one of individuality expressed within the constraints of a strictly formal plan and is a contributing factor to the special architectural and historical interest of Footdee as a whole.
Throughout the 19th century, 'tarry sheds' were added to the communal land within the squares opposite each dwelling and now every dwelling has its own shed. Originally constructed from drift wood and other found materials, the sheds have been built and rebuilt in an idiosyncratic manner over the years in a variety of materials with rendered brick now predominating slightly (2006). Some timber built sheds remain, predominantly on the North side of North Square.
North Square Mission Hall occupies the central area of the North Square, reflecting its significance as an integral part of village life. The building is plain, with simple detailing throughout, and as such, responds sympathetically to its setting and context. Known locally as 'the schoolie' the hall was built for general as well as religious purposes and continues to operate as a multi-purpose meeting space.
The entire Footdee village was added to the statutory list in 1967 as a single entity. The village was subsequently given Conservation Area status in 1968. At resurvey in 2006, each building within the Conservation Area was re-assessed separately. Key examples, demonstrating both individual architectural interest and representing the history and development of the village as a whole, were selected for listing.
On an 1828 map, the new housing squares were specifically labelled 'Fish Town'. 'Footdee' referred to the larger area from St. Clement's Church to 'Fish Town'. Later, the name 'Footdee' was erroneously used to refer specifically to the housing squares, with 'Fish Town' becoming forgotten.
On Tuesday 25 September 2012, Footdee became covered in foam from the sea after experiencing strong wind and rain conditions. The effect was like a blanket of snow and this made the UK national news.
