Apparently this group was raising awareness of something to do with reefs. It's possible that old subway cars are being used to make artificial reefs and this group thinks that should stop. It's more possible though that they are not being used for that and this group thinks they should be.

Another 'first arrival' - at least for me. As is clearly shown on the hull, this is another of the Baltic Reefer fleet that are coming on stream on the Portsmouth runs.
