To make the hole I opened the dress up and smoothed the skirt so that there were all the gathers still in line then I carefully put blue masking tape (a good seamstress would use sticky stabilizer) down across the gathers all the way down the back of the skirt so that the gathers would stay where they were. I then drew a hole using a large jar lid (always smaller than what you actually want because it will stretch) and stay stitched on the line. I cut inside the line then bound the circle with some good binding. I chose a hanger that was nice and strong and which the top spun. I would have preferred a wood one but it really just needed to be certain to keep the bag on the hanger.

For school, I had to do a redesign for a logo. I choose the Pepsi logo because it doesn't look appealing in my eyes. This is what came out.

I’ve rearranged my room again in the process of decluttering. I managed to do away with an entire 4x4 Expedit shelving unit. I’m quite proud of the way things look now. I feel that I’ve finally embraced my personal style instead of trying to make my things fit into a preordained image of what a good style is.

it's more or less a traditional work for me. i design my schoolplanner every year before the school starts. last year, it was a nice collage of some journals and pics wich were all about war and fight. this year, the bilance is much more happy.:)

I placed the large sofa on this wall and the love seat across from it. The old love seat was too small for the wall as well as everything around it. As mentioned, I wanted the large wall mirror to reflect the amazing views of Manhattan....It's especially stunning at night.
