The magazine, The Great Outdoors, is relaunching with a whole new redesign. I was given a DPS to advertise the relaunch.

The swooping colours and lines represent the new, fresh and exciting magazine sweeping through the hills.

I placed the large sofa on this wall and the love seat across from it. The old love seat was too small for the wall as well as everything around it. As mentioned, I wanted the large wall mirror to reflect the amazing views of Manhattan....It's especially stunning at night.

Using Adobe Illustrator, I redesigned the logo of the "Afterburn" gym. I began with a brainstorm of icons that were relevant to health and fitness; then I moved on to incorporating more abstract and 'odd' ideas, such as the dumbbell/ matchstick combination with the 'A' flame. Eventually, it led me to a design consisting of 2 fonts: the first font is thicker and has curves; the second is slimmer and more chiselled. This represents the transformation of an unfit/ unhealthy body to a stronger and shapely body. After seeing the first outcome, I decided to add a orangey/ red colour and change the font for the word "burn" to something with straighter lines (particularly in the 'R'). I also added a flame inside the 'A' to enhance the purpose of the gym: to burn fat and build muscles.

A redesign of the LBSCR 48 Ft Bogie coach into 2 LBSCR 4 Wheel Coaches.

This is done by taking the roof off and the middle compartment wall and seating and the mid wall section and the under frames and bogies. this allow the coach body to split equally down the middle.

Then by building the end walls and replacing the roof on each Coach body, all that is needed is to convent the bogies in the 4 wheel coach wheel sets and converting the underframe into twp smaller underframes by using the parts you have including extra parts.

it's more or less a traditional work for me. i design my schoolplanner every year before the school starts. last year, it was a nice collage of some journals and pics wich were all about war and fight. this year, the bilance is much more happy.:)
