A neighbor has a great view of moma fox and her kits from his window. On a walk yesterday I saw her watching me from the edge of the woods in his yard.
In the remote Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge, this fox likely hasn't encountered people before. A curious, beautiful, sly, sweet young vixen wanted a souvenir. Mixed series of five. Despite it starting to rain quite heavily, I managed a few pics. The Red Fox was curled up under the hedge but still keeping an eye on the sheep!
