This is the second car in my second series of paper vehicles.
I folded it from 120 gsm metallic red paper 25*25 cm.
One square of paper,including the wheels.
Red-bellied snake (Storeria o. obscura). This tiny red-bellied snake was observed crawling through the leaf litter in a beech/magnolia slope forest in Deep East Texas. In East Texas they reach the western most extent of their range, where they may be locally abundant but remain uncommon throughout the region. July 2018.

I have always liked this idea though and hope to maybe do some with my other couples in the future.
After I shot this picture, I was told that the laser I used, which was simply one of those little everyday laser pointers, might have been strong enough to cause permanent damage to my sensor. Since I shot this picture, I've closely examined pictures I shot of white paper, a gold piece of paper, a blue piece of paper, and a red piece of paper (each correctly exposed to wildly under-exposed), and, I find no damage. After researching, I find that consumer available lasers come in various strength and focus. It’s probable that the laser I used was not particularly strong, and it doesn't focus in an extremely narrow beam, as a true laser would. I've now seen videos where sensors on 5D2 (and video cameras like the Red Epic) sensors have been destroyed while in video mode. I've seen proof that some sensors on consumer level cameras have been destroyed in still mode. I shot this picture while aiming the laser into the lens for about 30 seconds while in Live View, which means the laser has a huge amount of time to focus and burn particular pixels. My sensor wasn't damaged. But, I've learned that this is a really dangerous technique if you can’t afford to replace your camera. Don’t do this unless you have thousands to spare. I don’t have that much money… I got lucky.
I shot a laser into the top of my 100 mm f/2.8 IS L macro lens to get this effect. f/32, 1/200 second, 100 ISO, focused on the laser about 8 feet away. I'm not sure, but there might be moire pattern in the upper octagon from diffraction at this f/32 shot and the bayer pattern sensor. I'm not an engineer... just trying to figure out what those lines are in that one octagon.
Red Kites are distinctive because of their forked tail and striking colour - predominantly chestnut red with white patches under the wings and a pale grey head.

A Red Squirrel sitting in a White Pine, looking at a strange creature with one great big eye ball that keeps blinking at him.
The red panda (Ailurus fulgens), also called lesser panda, is a mammal native to the eastern Himalayas and southwestern China.
Earlier this year I spent every spare minute I had photographing a Vixen which was heavily pregnant at the time. Through observing her movements and gaining her trust I was rewarded with many unforgettable encounters.
The highlight however was spending time with her and the cubs, which would wait underground in their den for the mothers return with food. It took 10 hours of waiting in total, but finally I was rewarded with some VERY special moments. More images can be viewed on my website linked below.
