It has been delivered. End of the road.
Everything has its end' its destination.
So is the Banana.
And so does other things in my life – all things must end.
All reach the end of the road, and so we can clear room
for other things to come – new hopes, new
dreams.
And so I'm learning to say farewell. Keep those those things that ended
Close, or even dispose them. What was in the small box
Will stay with me for a while and so those the Banana.
Like the possibility for opening those red cups if needed –
But usually we never do.
I learn to leave behind me what is not necessary for me,
To finish, close and say goodbye.
And move on with my life.

Another iris that recently bloomed in my garden. Both my Nikon and iPhone can't really capture the color of the flower. It's a beautiful ox blood red.
“I held a moment in my hand, brilliant as a star, fragile as a flower, a tiny sliver of one hour. I dripped it carelessly, Ah! I didn't know, I held opportunity.” ~ Hazel Lee
