I've been stalking the wattlebirds in our front garden for ages, but they can be very wary and uncooperative. Finally got a few shots this afternoon with some pretty light.

Taken at RSPB Ken Dee Marshes. Most disappointing RSPB location I have ever visited. Unbelievably neglected. Should be omitted from the RSPB handbook.
Another tulip from the many bulbs that I planted late last fall. The real beauty of springtime blooms just cannot be captured with a camera but I am surely having fun trying. Morgan County, Alabama - 2016. Hummingbird feeders are out but so far no visitors except for a Downy Woodpecker this morning.

Our annual trip to London for Remembrance weekend, travel down on Friday, Cenotaph on Saturday, however on Sunday I get my Wee Bro out of his bed for a wee visit to Richmond Park, unfortunately the Rut was over but still there are 650 Deer in this park, stunning huge animals.
Red sandstone sheltering Kane Spring along the old Spanish Trail in San Juan County, Utah. Kane Spring was a major watering place along the Spanish trading trail which ran from Santa Fe, to Los Angeles which at the time the trail was in use from 1829-1848 was part of Mexico. After the U.S. - Mexican War ended in 1848, the trail was mostly abandoned.
