The reason why for rally enthusiasts attending shakedown is essential. The only time I saw Meeke after this he was crawling through SS5 having rolled, bonnet obscuring his windscreen. Retired after that stage.

Diversified livelihoods such as beekeeping can help improve the income of rural communities. Apart from producing honey to sell to market, beekeeping helps promote conservation of the natural environment, which many poor communities depend on for food and energy

UNDP’s Climate Change Adaptation Project (CCAP) is committed to helping vulnerable rural families increase their incomes.

As part of the livelihood component, the project provided four beehives, beekeeping tools and jars for honey, including a 12-day training that gave beneficiaries the necessary skills to maintain their beekeeping business.

Text story:

_________

For Karima, one of the happiest moments of her life was when she earned her first thousand Afghani (US$ 15), when she sold a kilo of honey made from her own bee-keeping business. It may seem like a small amount, but for Karima, it was life changing!

Karima is a housewife and a mother of four. Her husband could barely feed the family from the work he could get, so Karima’s contribution to the household income was significant.

She has seen a lot in her life. She still remembers the agony and frustration when they had no money and their son was sick. As tears well in her eyes, she relates, “We were not able to buy him medicine. We couldn’t do anything but cry and wait for him to either die or recover by himself.”

Her husband, Khalil, who was very fond of honey, tried his hand at beekeeping before, but because he didn’t know how to maintain his beehives, his bees all died.

But, Karima and Khalil did not give up. They decided to seek help from the Directorate of Agriculture in Herat city.

In an evolved society there are no innocent victims of propaganda. Propaganda succeeds because men want it to succeed. It works on minds because those minds want to be worked on. Its conclusions bring apparent light and satisfaction because that is the kind of satisfaction that people are longing for. It leads them to actions for which they are already half prepared: all they ask is that these actions be justified. If war propaganda succeeds it is because people want war, and only need a few good reasons to justify their own desire.

The reason the classification lights are red is because the engine is at the rear of the train on the inbound run and these are the rear lights. The train is run from the coach at the other end inbound and the engine outbound.

This is a photograph from the finish of the second annual running of the Fr. Murphy Athletic Club 10KM Road Race and Fun Run which was held in Kildalkey, Trim, Co. Meath, Ireland on Easter Sunday March 27th 2016 at 11:30. This road race also features the Meath 10KM Road Race Championships which is open to entry from any athlete who is a full member of a Meath AAI club. The race starts and finishes in the village of Kildalkey and follows a right handed rural route out towards Rathcormick, Ballivor and Moyrath before returning on the same 2KM as the start which runners will easily remember as a long straight stretch of road. The route brings the runners through beautiful Meath Countryside on low-traffic country roads. The conditions were not very suitable for road running with a very stiff breeze and cold dry conditions. The 10KM version of this race replaced the traditional annual 5 Mile road race which was promoted by the Fr. Murphy athletic club and was held previous in Athboy on St. Patrick's Day, then Ballivor before a move to Kildalkey on Easter Sundays. There was approximately 150 participants in the race with a very large support from athletics clubs in Meath.

I want get full resolution, print-quality, copies of these photographs?

I would like to contribute something for your photograph(s)?

Many people offer payment for our photographs. As stated above we do not charge for these photographs. We take these photographs as our contribution to the running community in Ireland. If you feel that the photograph(s) you request are good enough that you would consider paying for their purchase from other photographic providers or in other circumstances we would suggest that you can provide a donation to any of the great charities in Ireland who do work for Cancer Care or Cancer Research in Ireland.

Let's get a bit technical: We use Creative Commons Licensing for these photographs

We use the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License for all our photographs here in this photograph set. What does this mean in reality?

The explaination is very simple.

Attribution- anyone using our photographs gives us an appropriate credit for it. This ensures that people aren't taking our photographs and passing them off as their own. This usually just mean putting a link to our photographs somewhere on your website, blog, or Facebook where other people can see it.

ShareAlike – anyone can use these photographs, and make changes if they like, or incorporate them into a bigger project, but they must make those changes available back to the community under the same terms.

Above all what Creative Commons aims to do is to encourage creative sharing. See some examples of Creative Commons photographs on Flickr: www.flickr.com/creativecommons/

I ran in the race - but my photograph doesn't appear here in your Flickr set! What gives?

As mentioned above we take these photographs as a hobby and as a voluntary contribution to the running community in Ireland. Very often we have actually ran in the same race and then switched to photographer mode after we finished the race. Consequently, we feel that we have no obligations to capture a photograph of every participant in the race. However, we do try our very best to capture as many participants as possible. But this is sometimes not possible for a variety of reasons:

►You were hidden behind another participant as you passed our camera

►Weather or lighting conditions meant that we had some photographs with blurry content which we did not upload to our Flickr set

►There were too many people - some races attract thousands of participants and as amateur photographs we cannot hope to capture photographs of everyone

►We simply missed you - sorry about that - we did our best!

You can email us petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com to enquire if we have a photograph of you which didn't make the final Flickr selection for the race. But we cannot promise that there will be photograph there. As alternatives we advise you to contact the race organisers to enquire if there were (1) other photographs taking photographs at the race event or if (2) there were professional commercial sports photographers taking photographs which might have some photographs of you available for purchase. You might find some links for further information above.

Don't like your photograph here?

That's OK! We understand!

If, for any reason, you are not happy or comfortable with your picture appearing here in this photoset on Flickr then please email us at petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com and we will remove it as soon as possible. We give careful consideration to each photograph before uploading.

I want to tell people about these great photographs!

So I find a reason to shave my legs

Each single morning

So I count on someone on Friday nights

To take me dancing again

To church on Sundays

To plant more trees

And someday think of kids

Or maybe just save a little money

You're the one I need

The way back home is always long

But if you're close to me I'm holding on

You're the one I need

My real life has just begun

Cause there's nothing like your smile made of sun

In the world full of strangers

You're the one I know

So I learned to cook and finally lose.

Bed Hot Bistro, Yogyakarta, Java, Indonesia.

I seem to have a fair share of food photos taken at Bed Hot in Jogja. Good reason, I guess; they serve some of the best food on the island. Sure, there are no Sumatran takos on the menu to speak of, but they do make what is without a doubt the best opur ayam (chicken curry) in the world.

Hands down. Bar none.

we drove through Saddle Road on Big Island of Hawaii, and toward the end there was a lot of cows in the fields. The views were amazing!

For some reason this picture reminds me of "Three men on the Bummel" where they use an English / German phrase book to ask about buying boots:

When they ask if the shop keeper sells boots he says:

"One has told me that you have here boots for sale."

"What d'ye think I keep boots for - to smell 'em?"

He was one of those men that begin quietly and grow more angry as they proceed, their wrongs apparently working within them like yeast.

"What d'ye think I am," he continued, "a boot collector? What d'ye think I'm running this shop for - my health? D'ye think I love the boots, and can't bear to part with a pair? D'ye think I hang 'em about here to look at 'em? Ain't there enough of 'em? Where d'ye think you are - in an international exhibition of boots? What d'ye think these boots are - a historical collection? Did you ever hear of a man keeping a boot shop and not selling boots? D'ye think I decorate the shop with 'em to make it look pretty? What d'ye take me for - a prize idiot?"

They look for another phrase in their German / English phrase book, and come up with:

"I will come again, when, perhaps, you will have some more boots to show me. Till then, adieu!"

Tape in hair extensions are the least expensive semi-permanent hair extension method. They are also the easiest to apply and maintain, taking about an hour to do so. Overall, the cost of tape extensions for hair and a application are much lower overall compared to any other remy tape in hair extensions method.

One reason to have a fairly wide-capable lens and camera handy, on the road. Too bad the windshield wasn't a Little cleaner, though.

This image started on the road, and travelled through EasyHDR, for an LDR treatment (single exposure), then through Picture Cooler, for noise cleanup, then through Adobe Photoshop CS4 for blending the noise-reduced version with the EasyHDR output file, some further tonal and color treatments, saved to tiff format, then exported out of LIghtRoom for resizing/watermarking.. and voila!
