Another NYC image inspired by what I learned from my time with Leanne Staples, a wonderful and talented NYC street photographer. Leanne was shooting reflections a lot, so I started to copy. This is a shot I took of reflections from a Cadillac SUV! Those letters in the bottom right hand corner, are from the New York license plate. You see the building reflection in the back window, the chrome strip leading to the lower back gate with the street scene with the taxi cab reflection. This image reminds me of when I would be a young boy fascinated by things I would see from reflections. When I was little I saw things from a much lower height and this was the advantage I was discovering as I was shooting, without looking through my viewfinder with my Leica, at waist level.
