Somehow I missed this when it was used on gaper's Block.

Stuck in rush hour traffic, driving home after the severe thunderstorm we had on Wednesday, I was checking the rainbow in my rearview mirror, and hoping to get to a better place to photograph it. No such chance. So I snapped the photo from the car. I should have wiped the raindrops on the mirror...

Julie and I were driving back from our trip to New Mexico. We had already been in the car for 11 hours and we drove through this crazy lightning storm. I couldn't convince her to stop so I could shoot it so I just asked her to drive and I took about 500 shots out the window. This is my favorite.

Reflections in my rear view mirror.

2nd Woodhead Gathering and Road Run...Sept'13

Benni sits in back and blocks most of the view behind me. I rely a lot on the side mirrors. This was taken at a red light.

This was taken coming into Chattanooga, TN. The storm was still ahead of us but the clouds were low and dark. The sunset was awesome and had just a few chances at a shot. Really like the reflection on the side of the car

I know this one looks like a shot i previously posted on flickr, but i just LOVE how the rain drops looked on my windshield.

My partner catching a look at the fisherman's best catch of the day!!! Mudeford Quay Christchurch Dorset UK.

I should probably concentrate on driving;-)

This was taken from my rearview mirror ...

Liz's car, March 2002.

Just love this sporty coupe! The profile view is spectacular. Could not get that shot, but i got this one through my windshield at a stop light. Caught the left turn signal while it was flashing on. iPhone SE zoomed out. A lot of work in Snapseed to bring it to life.\

NOTE: The texture pattern at the bottom of this photo is a reflection of my dashboard on my windshield.

I've been finding myself on Lake Shore Drive a lot lately.
