Expectations vs Reality..
Expectation: milkyway , note. not epic, not full core, just a milkway
Reality: Hey look i can see a star or two 😉
Expectation: Awesome mad lighthouse
Reality: flakey paint job , poorly maintained barber pole impersonating as a ship deterrent device...with a light, seriously, do they still need lights ?
I found some old lighting painting crap from many years ago, partially destroyed from an exploded battery pack, mental note, don't leave batteries in devices too long
But it did have a partially functioning bit of EL wire and a red bike torch stolen from Sarah we made something outta of nothing.
Dreaming about discovering islands....perhaps that view saw the first discoverer of Madeira. Only rocks, ocean and nobody living there!
*The history said that it was Tristão Vaz Teixeira the Portuguese navigator and explorer that, together with João Gonçalves Zarco and Bartolomeu Perestrelo, discovered the Madeira Islands (1419-1420)

“I wasn’t meant for reality, but life came and found me.”
― Fernando Pessoa, The Book of Disquiet
A lil bit sad turkish reality. Turkish woman dont like to go walking with children. And unfortunately in some districts there is no place for that at all. Thats why its such a common view in Istanbul - children sitting in widows looking at the streets. Like in prison. This girl is sitting in wet pants. So where is mother?..

Y de nosotros mismos.

...has many Faces, the Variety of our different Worlds makes Life kolorful. I guess those who are able to participate in the Perspektives of the Friends and People around live an intensive, stirring Life... For me our Thoughts and the so kalled Knowledge isn´t so "real" as we think, it´s like a String we roll around our Head, kapturing ourself until we see Nothing...
Therefore I prefer to know not too much, just the needed Things, Everything furthermore is only "Vanitas" and useless...
About the photographed Subjekt: It´s one of my early Skulptures I´ve done back in the Year 1998 as a Stament for my Girlfriend then: "you bond me"... some kind of Lovemessage...
