This little rabbit, less than half the size of our usual rabbits, has started appearing in my yard. The next generation of clematis-eaters is here.

This tiny bunny was hardly bigger than a man's fist. It sat frozen in place as I approached. It probably was very scared.
Some more old bunny pics. This time they are of Velvet and Smartie. Smartie was another rescue bunny whom we adopted as a companion for Velvet when Skeeter passed away.

Actually, this silly rabbit let me get to about 2 feet away from it without even moving so much as a hair.
During the summer, I see a lot of bunnies. You'll just be looking around and "OH! A bunny appears out of nowhere!". Usually they are very skittish and don't let you get close, but this one did.

The Mini Rex breed has only been introduced in Switzerland a couple of years ago, but the presented animals were of excellent quality (from this photographer's humble point of view).

I live in a temporary apartment and although it's not my preferred housing, the lake that surrounds the property and our proximity to big open fields by Denver International Airport allows me to see plenty of wildlife. I get to take pictures of it, too! Rabbits are everywhere and they drive the dogs crazy. This morning I came across this soft little rabbit. He ears are so cute! And he's very much aware of me.
There is a colony of domestic rabbits that live wild at Perriswood archery centre. It is great to see baby bunnies hoping around in the sun nibbling the grass.
Animal droppings spotted at Joshua Tree. I'm not sure what animal they belong to, but it was probably an herbivore.

It is strange that when you're surrounded by cats, you're tempted to draw other animals as if they were cats. Then you get this: a cat with rabbit ears.
Ah well, fun experiment anyway.
