RIP To my SCAS colleague and patient sadly killed today. Thoughts and prayers with all of those involved and hope those injured make a full recovery
The site of the former Dorset Street, Spitalfields. Behind the lorry, roughly where the GRP hut stands, is the site of 13 Millers Court where Jack The Ripper murdered and dismembered his fifth and final victim Mary Kelly. 22nd March 2014.
RIP Isao Tomita May 5 2016 - It all started with The Bermuda Triangle for me. I eventually needed a second copy and recently I got the peach coloured vinyl version as well.
It wasn't as long a goodbye as we'd hoped...we had to put Jinx down on Monday 9.30.13. She had a good last day: sitting on our laps being petted, drinking her favorite milk, and listening to the sounds of nature from an open window, head swiveling at every bird chirp. She left us much too soon and will be sorely missed.
RIP Steve Jobs the father and pioneer of the Computer Technology Industry. He was also one of my heroes.
Just messing around with DxO's filmpack plugin. Kodachrome 200 w/ green toning. I think it looks nice :)
I found this guy's story pretty interesting. He irregularly sits kitty-corner from the dealership (Viking Dodge) with whom he has a resentment.
Sally Starr was a big TV personality in the Philadelphia area in the 50's 60's and 70's. She passed away today at the age of 90.
I remember when I was around 5 years old my parents took me to see her and she kissed me on the cheek!
She will be missed.
I'm so pleased. Xbox number 3 died 6/25/2009. At least this one lived nearly two years. Manufacture date on this replacement was 9/15/2006.
Update 8/21/2013: The 360 that replaced this one was sent to Rockstar Games thanks to this video: www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=-77...
They pretty much figured it was a console going bad, so they were nice enough to get Microsoft to send me a new one in June, 2011.
So now it's 360 #5 for me (RIP, Xbox #4), though I never got a chance to take a red ring photo. Maybe #5 will last until the One comes out.
The film lab where I had this developed seems to have had a problem. The negative came back to me ripped and taped back together with Scotch tape. Not very professional, if you ask me, but it still has a certain charm of it's own. Some of the tape seems to have yellowed with age - it didn't always look like that.
Camera: Kodak Brownie Hawkeye Flash

I'm pretty sure this would have been 100 ASA daylight film, but can't find any reference to the film number.
