We see Hazzard Range County Chief deputy Assessor Tony Paso talking on his cell phone ,before heading into KRTK radio station .He is be interviewed by radio DJ Denny Fernandez for the weekly " know your local goverment " segment . We also see Eagle Lake State Park Ranger Robert Hall unit ,he is eating lunch at Blue's cafe .
KRTK Is own by George Dallas ( G.D ) who was in Born 1941 to late Thomas and Mary Dallas . He took of over as president of Dallas land company in 1966 age 25 ,after his father died in a car crash . In 1967 G.D change the name of company to G.D. Enterprises . G.D. Enterprises own many properties and business in the county .1 Hazzard Range hotel ,2 Paca funeral home, 3 KRTK radio station , 4 Lone Star bank where he is President & CEO, 5 Desert landscaping , 6 New School RD car wash,7 G.D Oil & Petroleum CO ,8 G.D. Feed mill and seed
9 G.D. Storage ,10 G.D. Land surveying,and 11 G.D. produce co He was first elected the Hazzard Range county Commission in 1992 ,he is now chair . He is married to his wife Lucy of 47 years they have three kids Katy born 1972 Charlie born 1976 and Clint Born 1988 (who is a deputy sheriff .

On this Thursday April 27 , 2023 ,mid morning we see Forks Police Chief Walter Jackson talking with Forks Joint Village Commissioner Ken Dove outside the City hall and Police Station. Chief Jackson is retiring at the end of the month after 45 years in Law Enforcement . Last 9 being Forks Police Chief rest was with a city in Alabama.
Forks Joint Village Commission is already trying to find a replacement ,but plans on appointing Sergeant Ann Dean as interterm and renewing mutual aid contact with Apache and Hazzard Range Counties sheriff’s office .
Forks is made up of three ( Fork , Middle Fork and Top Fork ) little cluster of homes and businesses that form Forks In 1987 they consolidated to Form Forks with a total population of about 899 on the banks of Forks creek .Most part of the canyon they set in is home to small farms and ranches in the surrounding desert .All three Villages set in Forks Creeks Canyon along the Forks Creek in Apache County NM , just over the County Line from Hazzard Range County. Also all three are served by a joint Village Commission that has three Commissioners Forks Police Department ( FPD) has a budget of 5 officers including the Chief.

On this Sunday July 11th 2021 morning ,We see Hazzard Range county sheriff's office Lieutenant Ron Bayerd racing along NM 323 as he heads to report of bear attack at Gray dog campground area , Lifeflight is route along with EMS from neighboring Clay county that is closer to scene ,then EMS from Hazzard Range county .
On this Saturday March 3rd ,2018 mid Afternoon .We see Hazzard Range county sheriff's office Sergeant/Wildlife Investigator Floyd Firewalker talking with a local women in goverment center park ,next to the county goverment center in the county seat of Sparta .
We also a 1969 Dodge Charger ,it is own by Larry and Bobby Sanchez . Mostly likely if you see this car park here it mean one of them or one of their other three siblings. Have been ticketed for some kinda traffic law violation ,but not today . Larry is eating a late lunch a Blue's cafe ( a cross the street from Government center park ) before headed to help a local farmer with fixing some irrigation piping .
Last we see County Emergency Services Administrator ( ESA ) Davis Hokrer county truck ( red ) ,He is inside the county goverment center . Having a meeting with county fire chiefs and USFS about high fire danger ,because of lack of rain or snow this year .
On this Monday November 29th 2021 evening ,We see a news crew from Albuquerque doing live shot behind the Hazzard Range County government center in Sparta, the county seat . The news crews are reporting about an officer involved shooting update from Sept 4th 2021 .
After months-long investigation by NM state police and 14th Judicial District attorney office have cleared both deputies ( George Carols and Miles Gallegos ) ,but Deputy Carols has decided to retire .
Standing outside of the General /hardware store ,we see the owner /snowplow driver and mayor of Snow Harbor AK .Looking up and wishing for snow .
Fictional Snow Harbor is on a fictional o island in Beaufort Sea just off coast from Mainland Mainland of Alaska's north slope.

Hazzard Range County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Andy Gather assisted Sergeant Jerry Sparks with a report of assault and trespassing at a property on China Town rd near Marsh Bridge. One person was arrested and transported/booked into the county detention center. Scene cleared

Law Enforcement officials from Hazzard Range County Sheriff's office ,New Mexico State police and New Mexico State park rangers ,were dispatch to 400 block of Main st /NM state rd 168 in Sparta at 6:32 AM Thursday June 28th ,2018 to a report of shoots fired in alley way by Desert Arts.
Sheriff Troy Forbes told Herald that Deputies arrived on scene found a male in his 60s had fired a few arounds from the alley into traffic . Deputies and other Law enforcement secured the scene and evacuated the block including the Hazzard Range Hotel also the street was closed . Sheriff Forbes went onto to say that the Sheriff's Investigator Matt White was talking with the Man who had a gun to his head . White and State Park Ranger Baja keep talking with him and around 9 AM, then man put down the gun and was taken into custody by Sheriff's office Immediate Response Team (IRT) Members . He taken to Apache County General hospital ( south of Hazzard Range ) to get Mental help . Sheriff Forbes lastly added that the Local Law Enforcement has been contact with this gentlemen before and with state of mental help in NM and country is not good and it took act of this type to get him help he needs .

The old Horn bar was built in 1900 and closed in 1989 ,it is on the north edge of Apache county and 5 miles from the Forks rd Junction with NM 168 .

On this Friday March 23,2018 morning. We see Hazzard Range County Manager Monica Ski and Detention center admin Sweet Hampton looking over the County detention center worn out 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe . It days as county are number with the county newest edition Ford Transit van that was this year. The old mid 2000s GMC Savana will take the Tahoe's place as local/short haul inmate transport .
We also see County sheriff's office Sergeant Jerry Sparks headed back to his unit after filling out paper work at the detention center after booking person for assault on relative in southern Part of the county . He now has stop at office to do more paper work . The office and detention center are located in the county seat of Sparta .

Hazzard Range County sheriff's Office Sergeant Butch Soto Advised he was out with a commercial vehicle breakdown on Red's Bluff ,on NM state RD 323 in southern part of the county . Sgt Soto advised Padilla Towing was in route and area be cleared shortly .
With the winds gusting ,as high as 40 MPH from yet another storm front passing through the northern part of the state ,on this Friday February 23,2018 afternoon .We see Tack Properties owner Billy Tack and worker Charley Raze talking to Hazzard Range county sheriff's office Deputy William Martinez . Deputy Martinez just gave them a citation for their dog running lose at one of Tack's many homes he owns ,this one is on second st in Sparta the county seat .
On this hot ( 103°F) June 22, 2020 day .We see Hazzard Range County volunteer Fire Station 4 ( Mars ) firefighters ,headed to report of another brush fire . This time near the county airport . They are going to assist County volunteer Fire Station 6 ( Sparta 1 ) and County volunteer Fire Station 7 EMS and extrication ( Eagle Lake ).
We also see sheriff’s office Lieutenant Ron Bayerd talking with a gentlemen in front of the Law and order Cafe . Owned by retired Sheriff’s Lieutenant Joe Young ( 1973 to 2001 ) and wife retired County Probate Judge Nancy ( 2002 to 2006 ) .
Lt Bayerd is assigned to Fort Hazzard Substation in the southern part of the county ,but is at the northern end of the county today . Scene takes place in Sparta, the county seat .
On this Saturday Aug 28th,2021 Morning .We see Hazzard Range county Sheriff’s office Lieutenant Bubba Sanchez talking with Emergency Services Administrator ( ESA ) Davis Hokrer in Government center park next to county government center in the county seat of Sparta .

On this windy Wednesday April 17th ,2019 ,We see Eagle Lake State Park ranger Mel Triivo passing truck and boat as he heads down Zia Cove rd ,as he and other first responders are responding to sail boat that wrecked in the cove . Eagle lake is around 13.3% full and rising ,so on days like this with winds blowing as high as 35 mph the lake get rough and lot of rocks to hit ,so accidents happen . Lucky two people on the sail boat was recused and not hurt . Boat was not so lucky most of it was salvaged ,but some of it is now at the bottom of the lake, Eagle Lake State Park Marine Enforcement officers are investigating. Other First responders was Eagle Lake State Park Rangers Jose Gall and Darren Baja ,County volunteer Fire Station 7 EMS and extrication ( Eagle Lake ) , Hazzard Range county sheriff's office Investigator Matt White along with Hazzard Range Community Health center EMS.

Roads are icy in spots. Snow and blowing snow are reducing visibility. NM 308 from Philipsburg to Arizona state line is snow covered and icy in areas. Please drive with caution, reduce speed and obey all posted traffic signs. NMDOT crews are out plowing roadway.

It is little before noon on this Monday Dec 31,2018 New Year's Eve . We see Hazzard Range County sheriff's Office Sergeant Jerry Sparks talking with two men ,one is Fort Hazzard Union Church minister Karl Sullivan . Sgt Sparks decided to stop at the Church for it's New Year's Eve lunch ,before he starts his shift . With it be New Year's Eve and winter storm approaching at the same time, Sgt Sparks prays the traffic cones in the bed of the pickup ,are not need to much tonight.
Inside the Church on the bulletin board poster remind be people not to drink and drive .Also on there is flyer for the county Free Shuttle program for New Year's Eve. The shuttle is a free service that is sponsored by county and the DWI Program . Miller Transport Services runs the shuttles .Door-to-door service will be available 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. in most of the county .
On this Cloudy Saturday Dec 2 ,2017 .We see Fort Hazzard Substation Administrative Secretary Karen Lime talking with Linda Sullivan .Linda is waiting on her Husband Anthony Sullivan Veterinarian/owner of Range Veterinary Services. He is talking with Hazzard Range county sheriff's office Lieutenant Ron Bayerd, Hazzard Range National Forest , US forest service law enforcement officer Alvin Bennett and neighboring Clay County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Ben Miller. Anthony was on his way back from hunting trip when right on county line there was lot trash dump on a forest rd 101 ,but next to some county own land . So now the three Law Enforcement officers are going over maps to see what jurisdiction it is in before one of them investigates it .
After about 20 mins they decided it is USFS land and Clay County land .So it is thier case .
On this Warm ( high 70s ) Thursdays Nov 16th, 2017 afternoon ,we see Clay county sheriff's office Deputy Joe Stonesk watching for speeders on NM state rd 167 at lone cow hill rd in junction We also see the some cattle grazing . The Tractor Trailer his head to pick up another load of crude at drill site and then the driver will head back to Rail head in Sparta ( the county seat of Hazzard Range County east of here ) A trip of about 120 miles .
This Scene takes place in the Terreno llano Seco basin ( TLS basin ) and Terreno llano Seco means dry flat land in Spanish . TLS Basin is about 90 miles along ,about 20 miles wide in western Apache and Clay counties NM . Where oil companies have been drilling and pumping oil even when recent drop in crude prices that shut down many rigs ,there is still some pumping in TLC basin, but not nearly as much as in past years ,though that is starting to change and some rigs are going back on line .

Philipsburg police dept ( PPD) Officers and Clay county sheriff's office (CCSO) were involved in a short chase and crash that lead to stand off at warehouse on 12th AV Philipsburg . Interim Police Chief Edward Roberson told the Times that a CCSO deputy Hank Logan pulled over a late model Ford Mustang in 500 block of Business AV in the Philipsburg for broken tail light . When Deputy Logan got out if his vehicle the driver of the Mustang reversed ,backing into the deputy's unit and then fleeing south on Business AV .
PPD Sergeant AJ Martina spot the vehicle on Main st and pursued the car with assisted of PPD and CCSO officers . The chase ended when Deputy Logan did pit maneuver on the Mustang causing the driver to lose control and crash into loading dock of the warehouse . After a 45 min standoff the unnamed male surrendered and was taken into custody . Currently being housed at the Clay county Detention center and waiting to be extradited to Canada.

Michelle Lujan Grisham order them lowered in honor of the memory of Jeff Stroble, a 46 year old Roswell NM firefighter who died Sunday, July 21 . He was a 17-year veteran of the department, sustained injuries in the line of duty stemming from an explosion on June 5 that occurred while members of the Fire Department were preparing for the city’s 4TH of July fireworks show .
