Question: what do most of the telegraph poles, half the lamp-posts, most of the fire hydrants, most of the dog mess bins, grit bins and traffic signs in Skelmorlie village have in common?

Students had to answer these questions in the course of our discussion of how the former Connecticut Yankee Power Plant was built, worked, was decommissioned, and what will happen to its fuel
With my shopping all done it was a relax day for Sandy. I went to my fav waterfront restaurant for lunch and watched the fog burn off over the bay. I had no plans today so with the weather turning out fantastic I headed to the park nearby.
This has had me falling off my chair all evening. Apparently ant eggs remove hair. Who knew?
