It has always seemed to me that something lives inside crystals. Slow, deliberate, and quiet, it rests there waiting to be found.
It is also known as Elestial Quartz and comes from the Brazilian State of Minas Gerais. It is a result of multiple crystallizations that use to leave spaces among them. Those spaces can be filled by air, water, clay and other minerals. This piece has been polished to allow clear view inside and obtained a mirrored surface finishing.
