We chose the no-sew, interchangeable handles from no-sew handles from Sage Luxury to complete this fun purse. Make a few of these bags in different colors - or create some other handbags from our pattern collection - and switch the handles between them.
You just need to choose whether you like it with the pompoms or without!
After selling my first Owl Totes Ma Tote (from Emmaline Bags) I decided to make another one. The position of the owls vary from the first. I used some leather straps I made. Look at the small owl on the zipper tab!

This is the "two way" purse MK II. I have used a stiffer interfacing and contrasted a tattoo themed print with plain black.
Fat Bottom Bag from The Happy Hooker. This one definitely has a few mistakes...it's a little wonky. But, my 4 year old won't care! She requested a "dress up purse" and chose the yarn. I LOVE this pattern, and I can't wait to make myself one!
My first attempt at making a purse. It sure gave me a run for the money - took me the better part of two days! But I learned a LOT about constructing a purse!!
I got bored last night and started taking pictures of random things. This is my purse. It's like an imitation Coach purse. By which I mean I once went into a Coach store and saw a purse exactly like this purse, only with C's instead of X's and O's, real leather trim, and it cost like $300. I think I got a good bargain in this case, seeing as how my purse only cost $36 at Macy's.

This cute bag was made with the Emmaline Bags April Pattern of the Bag of the Month Club 2015. I used an olive green twill for the body and an Alexander Henry quilting cotton. I made the small version of the bag. Blogged: normasbagboutique.blogspot.com/2015/04/my-april-bag-from-...
