There is a large grazing area for horses in Colera County Park. This horse and another followed me as I hiked along the barbed-wire fence.

By calling the new development 'Matchmakers Wharf', the developers indicate that they either do not know or simply do not care that what was actually made at the Lesney Industries Matchbox factory was not matches, but Matchbox cars.

This thing was awesome. It has text inside and had this indescribable animation between the text. Like those metal balls you have on a desk. A bit like perpetual motion, only not perpetual... anyway I liked it.

I've just been informed that this is called the Energy Ring, and was designed by soda. There is a video of it in action on YouTube.

What better use of a rainy day than to explore a museum with a camera. The Warplane Heritage Museum in Hamilton, Ontario, has a large collection of vintage warplanes, flightworthy and otherwise.

Test roll from a 1930s Lumiere Box camera.

I pull processed HP5 to 200 ISO (10 minutes Rodinal 1+50), reasoning that the camera was designed to be used in daylight with slower emulsions in mind, having a single aperture and a single shutter speed. The fixed lens, presumably set at its hyperfocal distance, is pretty sharp at the centre, and falls off considerably towards the edges.

If you are wondering what's wrong with the current batch of images, it's because I exposed the film to light when I emptied the developer. So I have left the images basically untouched as a personal reminder not to repeat the same mistake.

Hope you don't mind Scarabanza that I used your suggestion. :)
