Group project for www.thisisfly.com/
Grizz (Christopher Andelin) wrote the article and Corey Kruitbosch and I shot the pics. It was a thrilling winter fishing trip. Definitely one to remember, and for sure do again!

Look what came yesterday! I ordered two Blurb books: one with all my pictures from my first 365 project (finally) and one with the pictures I took last year. I had been working on them for ages, not quite wanting to commit to publishing them, but there was a discount for Mother's Day that I couldn't refuse: 20% off when you order 2 books. These books have quite a few pages, so they're not cheap. Luckily, I had both of them waiting in the wings, begging to be finished and published.

There are many areas of the park that are still recovering from forst fires. The most recent fire was in 2000.
Bunion cartoons created by George Martin were published in my local newspaper The Leicester Mercury.

"Canada Rocks: The Geologic Journey" Published by Fitzhenry & Whiteside, Markham, ON
I was contacted by the publisher in late spring or early summer. I didn't want to say anything because I wasn't sure it would make the cut. But look at this! A stinkin' two-page spread!
The book is a quality, textbook-like volume running 500 pages and covering the geology of Canada from coast to coast and north to south.
The photo here has an insert of the book's cover and a note from the publisher.
