Arriva in Italia per un’unica imperdibile data del suo tour, il pluripremiato cantautore inglese George Ezra Barnett, noto semplicemente come George Ezra, venerdì 24 febbraio 2023 al Mediolanum Forum di Assago a Milano.
Tornato sulle scene con il singolo “Anyone For You”, che ha scalato le classifiche radiofoniche italiane ed europee, e dopo "Green Green Grass", il secondo brano estratto dal nuovo album “Gold Rush Kid” in uscita il prossimo 10 giugno a distanza di quattro anni da “Staying At Tamara's”, George Ezra ha annunciato recentemente un tour che si terrà nelle arene del Regno Unito e partirà a settembre, anticipato dallo speciale concerto di luglio al Finsbury Park di Londra.
Oltre all'annuncio del tour, Ezra ha stretto un sodalizio con YouTube Music per essere il loro partner per la sostenibilità del 2022, dichiarando: "Sono consapevole che il tour e la promozione di un disco abbiano impatto sull'ambiente, quindi sono lieto di annunciare la collaborazione con YouTube Music come partner per la sostenibilità per il 2022. Hanno generosamente fornito un contributo finanziario significativo per sostenere una causa da me scelta e sarà il “National Trust” che lavora duramente invertire il declino della natura e ridurre l'impatto del cambiamento climatico piantando alberi e ripristinando i paesaggi. Insieme utilizzeremo direttamente questo denaro per piantare 17.000 alberi in tutto il Regno Unito".
Pubblicato a gennaio, “Anyone For You” continua a scalare la UK Official Singles Chart ed è la canzone numero uno delle radio britanniche con rotazione della lista in tutte le principali stazioni – ha ottenuto un grande successo radiofonico in Italia raggiungendo la Top 25 dell’Airplay e resta ancora stabile in Top 50. George ha dichiarato: “È un mosaico di idee composto dagli appunti che avevo preso su vecchi quaderni in momenti casuali, che sono stati condivisi tra i musicisti in studio. È gioioso e contagioso, e io non posso fare a meno di sorridere ogni volta che lo canto”.
“Staying At Tamara’s” è il secondo album di Ezra a conquistare il #1 in Inghilterra. Francois Botes
Francois Botes is an internationally recognized Prophet whose ministry strives to bring insight and encouragement to the church body.
