Snow blankets props used by a local church in Russellville, Arkansas. Heavy, wet snow began falling early this morning (Feb. 8, 2010) across the river valley of central Arkansas. Our second snow of the season.

Length about 14.5". The barrel was cast seperately in resin, the shells are 1" aluminium tube weighted with lead shot and capped with a tip cast in good old bondo!
The specs are as for the film prop. It's massive and the pix don't do it justice. I'm 6'4" and i can't grip the butt and get my finger round the trigger. If it were real it would shatter your wrist first time you fired it!
I was able to figure out how to turn the props in both positions, but the engines flop forward of their own accord, which is sort of annoying.
Oh and that red and white insignia is something I came up with a year ago, and is not meant to be RAMM. I'm still working on figuring out my NBR insignia, so it stays for now.

Aircraft was lost on March 4,1945 prior to formation assembly when an engine caught fire and couldn't be put out. The crew bailed out and the plane crashed near Bitteswell.
