This is my many colored braid. My hair is completely grey in the front to almost black underneath with every shade of brown/blonde in between

It's that time of year. Buying seed potatoes and annoying your better half by putting trays of them on windowsills until April :-)
Two varieties here. Rocket (1st early) and Charlotte (2nd early).
How do you know when you have enough guitar picks?
Why so many? Well, before I got organized and bought this box, my guitar picks were scattered all over the house -- in pockets, guitar cases, on furniture... So every time I dropped by the music store, I'd pick up a few of my favorites. And then, of course, there's the never-ending search for the perfect pick.
But once I found what a huge number of picks I had, my impulse buys stopped cold. But on the other hand, the few picks I do buy now are much more expensive. My most recent purchase -- the red thing in the bottom row -- cost over $20.

In the series of photographs "Perfect Circle" I collect, various objects of a round shape: balls, spheres, circles, rings, etc. Specifically, I take a photo with the round object on a black background. The series began spontaneously with one single photo of a Christmas installation against the backdrop of a winter evening sky, which I slightly processed in Photoshop and goes on.

The cats knocked over the lamp this one was in and the bulb blew, leaving the filament free floating inside

This is a lemon cucumber. I had never heard of this variety until I bought the seeds. Can't wait to see what it tastes like

falling up
"i tripped on my shoelace
and i fell up
to the roof tops,
up over the town,
up past the tree tops,
up over the mountains,
up where the colors
blend into the sounds."

sometimes a "in real life" moment ... or hour or two spent in a coffeeshop ... is all you need to remember a lightness of being. and that this crooked little path you walk, is in fact, the place you are supposed to be.
