Biker's helment at the Motorcycle Sunday. More pictures of this event to come

For the holidays, husband got me an attachment gizmo for my mixer that helps me make pasta. I roasted a chicken (gag me) the other night, so the next logical step was to make chicken noodle soup from it. My attachments are the flat sheets, spaghetti and fettuccine. We had chicken noodle soup with egg noodles that were cut like fettuccine. The attachment was tricksy at first, but I mastered it quickly.

Uppsala Cathedral, again

Spent the day in Uppsala, doing my entrance exam. Keeping my fingers crossed! Now sunny bbq.

Had to do a double take as I walked past a closed Starbucks, thinking there was someone standing in the darkness inside. Turns out it's just a *freakish* shop display... ... Posted via email from Musings + Project 365

92/365 Wednesday 2 April 2014 - It's not often I take over 150 pictures and all of them are rubbish. Low light, a camera that just can't quite go to the settings I want and just not the skill required. That said it was nice having a brew, sat in the car park watching the kites feast on the all day breakfast.

A toad hanging around our house.

I was going to call this one communications and backups. But I removed the ham radio and decided to go with Google. Google is invasive... Don't know about you but I'm scared now.

Back to work after a too-short 3 day weekend. This is me working on photographs on the train, with iPhone tethered for net. The train trip is 55 mins, but the laptop battery lasts 15-20 mins if I'm lucky.

Bangkok, Thailand

Day 303: I really like it this time of year. When you dont really need the heat on and it gets real cold in the mornings and you dont want to get out of bed.

When I saw this cubby at my parents' house, I said, "Ooh, look at all those nice rolled-up napkins and placemats. Our cats would think it was just for them!" No sooner did the cats arrive than they proved me right. :)

Oxford City Centre

Used cage in good condition with unopened bag of food, wheel, food dish, water bottle, travel box, salt lick and jungle gym. Previous occupant succumbed to old age.

The International Space Station (ISS) flyover was visible over Columbus, Ohio today. I took the D500 out try to capture it. There were annoying, wispy clouds, but in this one you can see the station moving past Orion, the Hunter!
