"Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go home and have a heart attack" ~Pulp Fiction (1994)
Today, I got two more students, in total, I now have 10 students, 3 of whom have 2-hour lessons at a time, which means I have work 6 days a week now. On top of work, I have 3 more weeks left of uni and on the 25th I begin a short business course. I've also been job hunting - I just want to hit the ground running.
I have 99 days to go in this project and it's a horrible feeling not to be inspired. Things are changing faster than a speeding bullet and I seem to stand at the receiving end waiting for a shot.
I think I just need to push myself now, not long to go.
Goodnight dear friends, hope you sleep soundly... :o)
"The difference between false memories and true ones is the same as for jewels: it is always the false ones that look the most real, the most brilliant." ~Salvador Dali
This was suppose to be a trial run, but I just love the way Chuy casually sneaked in the shot - totally unplanned. He really loves the camera. It's a shame I didn't use the flash, but I tried to play around with it. Feeling much better now. :o)
Binx, thanks for checking my flickr all the way from Argentina. Hope you're having the time of your life :o). We miss you lots and we'll see you soon! Keep safe.
Guys, thank you so much for checking up on me all week :o) I feel amazed for the well wishes from my wonderful friends in flickrverse. I really appreciate you guys passing by even if I haven't visited since I've been sick. I will definitely be back tomorrow, come hell or high water...because I miss flickr.
Jun 25 - The Osprey is one of the largest birds to nest in Massachusetts. With a wingspan of 6 feet, it nests near larger bodies of water where there is a good supply of fish, it's main diet.
The population of Ospreys had dropped dramatically in the 1950s and 60s due to increased use of DDT. But with the banning of that pesticide, their populations have started to increase.
This particular Osprey is carrying a stick to the nest it has nearly completed with its mate in Falmouth. No sign of eggs yet, but we'll keep looking...
Jan 20 A rainy day in England. There are a few blurry spots on this pic that appear to be ghostly apparations...I think they are called rain drops.
