Nov 16 Kringle was the alpha male in our old neighbourhood but since we've moved I think he's lost his standing. This cat stands outside patiently, looking cool until Kringle notices him. Kringle hisses and growls but it doesn't seem to affect this cat.

More dyeing activities, I am dyeing the ends of a massive long skein of yarn in order to produce a yarn that will knit up as stripes when made into socks.

Pulled the last of the cucumbers today. The plants didn't like the cold weather we had and the bugs were starting to get to them

Aug 8 Relaxing by the pool. I've been there all day enjoying the nice hot summer weather. Friends have come and gone throughout. Have drank some yummy frozen concoctions too!

Shooting eagles at Starved Rock, i don't have a long lens like my friend here so i decided to take a picture of is 150-500 sigma.

Fantastic weather again today, so at lunch time I took some photos at the lake but when I got home they looked pretty ordinary.

Went back tonight for another go and I'm rather pleased with the result of this Project365 shot.

Plenty of fishermen out tonight at the lake and in Vic Park but didn't see anyone catch anything.

My sunflowers are growing like crazy!

My tomato has a mouth and a nose. :-)
