We went for a long geocaching walk today. The forcast said cloudy with showers. Instead it was almost cloudless, very sunny and very hot. I ended up looking like a lobster.
All the women in my dept at work received a rose for International Women's Day.

One of those days where taking photos barely crossed my mind. So, here's a photo of some tea light candles taken to fill the void. The glass mouse with an old 1/2 penny in it was my mum's.
The crate has a divider and Lou didn’t like his smaller side. He did fine in a big crate all by himself though.
It's been raining like everyday....what a crummy July 4th I had. And I'm really sucking at the whole 365 thing because it's almost been a year and I'm only at 123. I'm just gonna keep on goin'.
I started my garden a year into the pandemic. I find it comforting to be able to go out there and see what's growing, plant new veggies or flowers and just lose myself in something that's not electronic. Plus since I work from home now, it's nice to be able to walk out there between conference calls or just to escape when the world seems to have gone insane

Although I was on the hunt for English found text, my favorite actual photo was this one. It says "Except authorized personnel," in Japanese. I guess they didn't feel the need to include "no entry."
