Alle diciotto scivola
un po’ troppo puntuale
nel folto del caffè
con la borsa curiale.
Al posto del tritolo
ha infilato eleganti
cartelle accattivanti
piene di manoscritti.
Aspettando il destino
nel critico distratto
che lo degni in silenzio
con il cuore che batte
si riaggiusta gli occhiali
tiene d’occhio la porta
vuol essere tra i primi
a presentarsi.
(Stanco
di tutte le manfrine
in verità vorrebbe…)
anzi, scivola fuori.
Alle diciotto e cinque
son passati i dolori.

The 48 Hour Film Project is a wild and sleepless weekend in which you and a team make a movie - write, shoot, and edit - in just 48 hours. On Friday night, teams draw a genre from a hat. They are then given a character, prop and line to include in their films. On Sunday night, in a wild dash to the drop off event, the film is turned in - and teams celebrate. The film is then screened at a local theater in front of an audience of filmmakers, friends and families.

I always fancied myself as a Quentin Tarantino but I was too late to enter :))
well this is exiting! I am starting a totally new project!
I will be posting all this project on here.
one video, every other day. I have lots of ideas of shorts I want to make, and giving myself only 2ish days to make each one seems like a good way of not obsessing over them so much and a lot of fun. lets by honest, I wont last very long but I will do my absolute best.
to be clear, this is not a vlog, and I will do my best to keep it from becoming one. just short films, on alternating days.
Some sci fi guy...!
Have a great time.Thank you for visit.

Finally with 10 days of hard work our Java project has been completed.
We have worked on the project based on Covid-19 Data Management System where a Hospital / Diagnostic Center can record and set their information. for example: Total ICU, Available ICU, Covid Test Fee etc. Any user of the software will be able to view Service Information and Communicate with them over the phone.

Project 365 05/07/2017: Lego was having an exhibit throughout the mall in Lone Tree and had this Lego Capitol Building on display. I'd imagine a model this size would take at least a million pieces and long hours to build.

In Island Bay for the Festival and the Blessing of the Boats I saw this burst of colour on the beach - all made from bottle tops. I loved the way the young girl's hat echoed it.

someone used to stand here by me
and talk and wash and look at the tree
but now they are gone forever it seems
and now all I'm left with is my dreams ...
children would laugh and call out to me
hurry up Mum ~ what is for our tea ?
but now they have gone and all that is left
are memories stirred of the very best . . .
After the Great Blue Heron flew off, I backtracked to see if I could find him but to no avail and suddenly I came across this beauty. Long-eared Owl looking at me. He did not waste much time with me and flew off but I did get a couple of more sightings of him but not great ones. When he flew, something else caught my eye, another owl!

It's a new dawn
It's a new day
It's a new life, for me
And I'm feeling good
Not a proper 'back light' but I owed myself this one having shivered for a long time waiting for the sun to appear !

As the night was coming to an end with our Street Portrait Challenge at the Holland Street Performers last Thursday, I saw this guy sitting on a bench with a couple other people and his bike. Now before this night of street portraits, I would of never have asked this man for a portrait. I would of sat somewhere where I could of used my telephoto lens and tried to get a candid without him noticing.
Well, tonight was different, my confidence was up as I had just finished approaching 10 other strangers for their portraits.
And that is how it came about that I met Jim, a bike rider from Holland. He loves to bike around Ottawa County that offer a lot of neat trails/paths. Jim enjoys biking by himself and currently does not belong to any bike clubs. We talked for a bit and got to know a little about him.
Jim did a great job posing for us and looked very comfortable doing so. I am glad that I took the time to approach Jim and get to know him.
Thanks Jim for letting us get your portrait.
Another shot from my Impossible Project First Flush pack. Levels change in Photoshop, it is a very muddy dim image indeed on the actual print.
The current PX70 overexposes (or my pack did, in my camera) but is a much better film.
When my Isuzu Trooper decided to throw a rod in October, I've been technically car-less since. After it bit the dust, I was driving a Dodge Ram 1500 which was far from pleasurable to drive, but since I have been lucky enough to have this little guy pass smog. I've only been driving stick since I began driving this truck in the beginning of November and I don't miss driving an automatic at all. Since I've began driving stick it's just made me love driving even more. The giant loss of power is completely made up for thanks to the excitement the 5 speed transmission adds to driving.
Source Wikipedia
The Eden Project (Cornish: Edenva) is a popular visitor attraction in Cornwall, England, UK. Inside the two biomes are plants that are collected from many diverse climates and environments. The project is located in a reclaimed china clay pit, located 2 km (1.2 mi) from the town of St Blazey and 5 km (3 mi) from the larger town of St Austell.
The complex is dominated by two huge enclosures consisting of adjoining domes that house thousands of plant species, and each enclosure emulates a natural biome. The biomes consist of hundreds of hexagonal and pentagonal, inflated, plastic cells supported by steel frames. The largest of the two biomes simulates a rainforest environment and the second, a Mediterranean environment. The attraction also has an outside botanical garden which is home to many plants and wildlife native to Cornwall and the UK in general; it also has many plants that provide an important and interesting backstory, for example, those with a prehistoric heritage. Day 150/365
These are planted in a neighbors yard. Once again I don't know what they are, but I know I like them.
Time.....quality time. My hope is to fill 2013 with more quality time with my kiddos, my husband and my friends. This image was taken while spending time with my daughter this week. After days of rain, the sun made an appearance so we rushed off for an adventure. We stumbled onto a new trail and found ourselves on the beach. As time passes this coming year, I'm excited to have Project 52 to root me in the present moment, to challenge me, and I can't wait to look back on each precious memory. Happy New Year! :)
