After a lengthy wait for the stainless Allen bolts the engine is finally finished. Now I can start work on the frame.
The Jupiter Gauss Rifle is an enormously cumbersome piece of equipment, even for heavy frames like the ST-07S. But if there's one thing those egg heads in R&D love to do, it’s trying to make big things fit in your pocket, and that's where the Calisto comes in...
To compensate for the weapon's shorter length, the Calisto utilizes special rounds with their own charged superconductor coil. This duel magnetic field between barrel and bullet causes the slugs to exit at supersonic speeds that can pass through targets with ease. Anything in the vicinity of the projectile path will also be hit by an intense shockwave, requiring sensor systems to briefly re-calibrate.
Special Thanks:
-SuspendedAnimation- for the frame
Greg Strom for the gun
Brigador for the fluff

Germany - Lubeck: A Country Cottage, by the River Trave, from St. Petri zu Lubeck
From the 50 metre high lookout platform on the spire of the Peterkirche, which can be reached with a lift, you can look directly on to the market and over the city.
The Trave (IPA: [ˈtʁaːvə]) is a river of Schleswig-Holstein in northern Germany. It is approximately 124 kilometres long, running from its source near the village of Gießelrade in Ostholstein to Travemünde where it flows into the Baltic Sea. It passes through Bad Segeberg, Bad Oldesloe, and Lübeck, where it is linked to the Elbe-Lübeck Canal. It is navigable for sea-going vessels from the Baltic to the Lübeck ports. The road from Lübeck to Travemünde goes through Herren Tunnel, which is a toll tunnel underneath the Trave.
I've been getting huge inspiration on low light photography these days. I see it on books, some flickr photos, magazines, posters and so on. So I decided to challenge myself and start a project. This is my first attempt and I'm quite motivated with the results.
update: This is all natural light btw, from a window with orange coverings. Next time maybe I might try wireless flash.
I spotted these new shoots on the fern in my front porch just as I was leaving for work this morning.

THE UNDERBELLY PROJECT
NEW YORK CITY 2010
www.underbellyfilm.net/UNDERBELLYFILM/Home.html
Starting in 2009, 103 artists were secretly escorted into the space to create works of art, encompassing installations, paintings, aerosol, murals and more. Each artist was given one full night to work on their piece. At the end of the project, the original entrance to the station was removed.

(for the nineteen days project, 2010)
Living in New York, and having developed an appreciation for artificial horizons, i've always wanted to photograph this particular one is this particular light. i love the red bright flaming up, and the neutral white turning warm, and am happy to say that this shot turned out exactly as i'd planned it... the airplane accentuating the direction is a bonus.

Klughafen Canal as seen from Kanalstra, by Burgatorbrucke.
I think that the tree on the right here is the Horse Chestnut - Aesculus hippocastanum (Hippocastanaceae) - A large deciduous tree with a massive, domed crown. For those who have travelled with me over recent months we have often seen it especially in England, with its white 'candle-like' flowers.

These are my six beautiful children. They love to eat your film regularly, but I'm afraid I may not be able to afford to with so many eager mouths to feed.
Sincerely-- their loving father,
