A special commission project inspired by the cosmos, zodiacs and the friendship of 2 special people in my life... how in our inconspicuous speck of existence in this universe, each speck connects to another with love and energy of friendship and respect turning into a higher form of existence...
heard 99 red balloons on the radio and had my heart set on 9 red balloons! Well on the way home from party city all of them popped (From a lack of air conditioning in my car) so it became 1 red balloon.

This is my second shot and the focus was the power of color. My intention was to catch the vastness of the water and sky but still have structure in the foreground. DuChemin states the importance of a consistent color palette. I chose to embody this by emphasizing the presence of the blue in the sky and the water in addition to the blue in my friend's shirt. I also used a macro lens for a bubble effect to provide depth and mood. With the strong vignette from the lens, I opted to crop and use the white vignette in Lightroom.
Enjoying the sunny Sunday in our little balcony while I'm cooking in the kitchen.
Music, sun, peace... this is happiness.
This project has been underway all throughout 2014. The May Company / Kaufmann's / Macy's stores used to stand here.

EN project has just organized by many athletes and artists who live or relate to Hokkaido, and they aim to support the victims of Great Eastern Japan earthquake. Here is their first competition.
My boy is getting a little feature this week in my 365 project. I rarely have a chance to photograph him, so when the opportunity strikes, I take full advantage.
Decided to do the earth and the moon. I’ve always wondered what the earth actually looks like in space. I used Color Aid Paper, construction paper, and colored pencil.

Esse projetinho começou ano passado, com a idéia de produzir duas telas com artistas em continentes diferentes. Sammo me mandou um incrÃvel PACK pelo correrio com diversos trampos originais, alguns vão ficar comigo e outros estão aos poucos sendo colocados na rua, com o conceito de "freeart "que o artista utiliza faz um bom tempo. No meio do pack ele me mandou uma tela com um belo fundo e os primeiros traços de seu personagem em preto, ai terminei e ficou esse ser bizarro.
O meu pack ja esta sendo montado para enviar ao artista e dar continuidade ao projeto.

this is a little project with the guerrilha artist SAMMO started last year. He sent me an incomplete kanvas and than i complete it. He sent me an amazing pack with a lot of original artwork to i put in the streets of São Paulo. i will send his pack soon.

I bought these shoes a few years ago and have only worn them once. Why, you ask? Because they hurt soooo much!! But I can not part with them, so they just stay in my closet. Sad, huh? But they are just so pretty and sparkly!
