British Columbian food and beverage processors can build their businesses through the first Regional Food Hub at Commissary Connect’s Laurel Street location, a shared use processing facility of the B.C. Food Hub Network.

The facility provides 24/7 access to shared processing facilities and equipment including commercial kitchen space with patent pending technology and is developing on site infrastructure for business advisory and product development services for participating food and beverage processors. The successes and lessons learned from this pilot and demonstration Hub, and the technology developed onsite will help build and connect future Regional Food Hubs in other B.C. communities that together will create the Food Hub Network.

The Laurel Street facility has just opened its doors to food processors. These processors are contributing to the supply of B.C. processed and value-added foods and beverages and are keeping their production processes local.

Luchador Collab-o-Mask....

I mailed out wrestler masks made of wood to various artists and asked them to paint their style in to the background of the mask. They worked out their design and returned the mask to Me and I stenciled in the details of the face.
