A 2 to 3 meter high pile of soil/rubble/garbage/clay was piled up the side of the wall. Obviously any rain would just come straight through the wall. So this all needs to be dug out below the level of the floor, and some kind of drainage created.

It is dry and the spots are not as dominant. However, they 'should' not be there at all. In general, I have had wonderful success with this paper but once in a while, I pull out a bad sheet of it. I don't know how to really test it without wasting a part of each sheet. I would hate to have a detailed drawing finished and then discover there would be no way of spending all of that time on paper that is guaranteed to not preform well.
