La Ruta por la Prosperidad se desplegó este viernes en Boyacá. El departamento es el segundo escenario del recorrido que está haciendo Prosperidad Social, como parte de una estrategia para discutir con las comunidades los problemas de los territorios y acercar la oferta social de la entidad y del Estado a la población que más la necesita.
La directora de la entidad, Laura Sarabia Torres, se reunió con los líderes de los programas de todo el departamento, con funcionarios de la dirección regional de Prosperidad Social y con la prensa, para informar, también, sobre el calendario de pagos de Tránsito a Renta Ciudadana (iniciará cuarto ciclo el sábado 11 de noviembre).
“Prosperidad Social es un articulador de la oferta social. Somos una entidad que está en los territorios y tenemos la responsabilidad de fortalecer la gestión desde acá. Más que llevar el Estado a los territorios, queremos promover que desde los territorios emerja el Estado. Estamos cortando con la práctica de dar línea desde las oficinas en Bogotá. Aquí, en las demás regiones, se entiende lo que es y debe ser un programa social y cómo debemos abarcarlo”, dijo Sarabia.
La Ruta por la Prosperidad busca articular sectores públicos, para fomentar la productividad y el emprendimiento, e impulsar el desarrollo social en las regiones priorizadas por la estrategia.
En Boyacá, durante 2023, el Gobierno del Cambio ha invertido, a través de Prosperidad Social, 180.742 millones de pesos en transferencias monetarias, para apoyar a los hogares en situación de pobreza. Esta inversión comprende los programas Tránsito a Renta Ciudadana, Jóvenes en Acción, Colombia Mayor y Compensación del IVA.
En el departamento, hay 34 proyectos de infraestructura en los que la entidad invierte 69.800 millones de pesos. De estos proyectos, 21 están vigentes y 13 están por contratar.
La Ruta por la Prosperidad se extenderá en esta primera etapa a Magdalena, La Guajira, Valle del Cauca y Amazonas. Llevará ferias de servicios y donaciones, y promoverá obras de infraestructura que requieren las comunidades para reactivar la economía popular. “El Gobierno del Cambio está abriendo el camino para que la Colombia profunda sea reivindicada y reparada por el olvido histórico al que ha sido sometida”, expresó Sarabia.

It looks like the string tension is pulling this instrument apart. A separation of about 1/16" has opened at the back where the neck meets the body, and the strings are about 1/4" above the 12th fret. The instrument is less than four years old, so I'm guessing the neck needs to be reset and the joint reinforced.

‘The Political Reporter’ is a new media installation by Boone, NC-based artist Mark Nystrom that generates random, but intriguing statements with words found on political websites and in the media. Sources include the Obama and Romney presidential campaigns, the Democratic and Republican parties, bloggers and the news media.
‘The Political Reporter’ animates a cloud of letters and periodically makes statements. These images are screen grabs taken while ‘The Political Reporter’ was running on Election Day and the day after.
Letters from words gathered from conservative sources are colored red and ones from liberal sources are blue. ‘The Political Reporter’s’ vocabulary includes over 70,000 words, but only 300 appear on the screen at any given time. As words are used to make statements, they are replaced by randomly chosen new ones from the list of 70,000.
