3 W&N paper 140lb CP poor sizing
It is dry and the spots are not as dominant. However, they 'should' not be there at all. In general, I have had wonderful success with this paper but once in a while, I pull out a bad sheet of it. I don't know how to really test it without wasting a part of each sheet. I would hate to have a detailed drawing finished and then discover there would be no way of spending all of that time on paper that is guaranteed to not preform well.
