this skips the first floor non-working fireplace but somehow gets to the chimney for second and third floor front room vents. Only two rooms have the mortar dust problem

Fixed hole in eaves –screwed a piece of aluminum flashing to soffit

4 popped up nails going through shingles sealed

Chimney on east side , leaking through flashing, sealed flashing

Lots of Wear and tear looks like 9-10 year old roof

Rest of roof there are signs premature failing due poor ventilation,

Vent pipe stack at valley looks like previous repair, best option is to move it a foot away from bottom of valley

We were planning to reattach the radiator as well, but the radiator is too tall for the valve (thanks to the new floor). I'm not really sure how to fix this, since there is no play in the radiator valve, and I can't make the radiator any shorter. We may have to call a pro.
